Very welcoming staff and good bakery. I personally love their cheese and onion bake but occasionally get some cappuccino as well. Their chocolate muffin seemed a bit dry. But altogether, a good bakery.

This place may not be perfect but people here are lucky to have a Greggs at all. A Greggs store is not a human right, it never was, so anywhere a Greggs opens is down to the owners’ good grace.
One cannot measure the beauty of such a place by comparing the individual stores. One has to see the impact it has on the community, and this Greggs has fed more pasties to more people than they probably ever deserved. Though staff here is rushed and wearied, behind their furrowed brows, one can see their determination to never let anyone down, to serve just one more sausage roll to maximise their usefulness to the public they adore.
Their sandwiches sell so quickly, one has to go in early and fast to nab one of these delightful sources of sustenance. Their coffee is just like other Greggs’ coffee but what sets it apart is the gentleness with which it is prepared, and how much care is taken with every step. At the Green Street Greggs, customers don’t put sugar in their coffee for it is made with such tenderness, that it always comes out tasting sweet.
Someday, sit in, and eat in, and take in the atmosphere, let the vibes wash over you and surrender to the experience.

This is my regular coffee pick spot on my way into work. The staff are friendly and easy going. The manager is a lovely woman who's very warm and looks after her customers.
Usually quite good but 2day the ham and cheese toasties were very poor. Only one slice of bread toasted with 2 slices of ham stuck on the other slice of bread. Melted cheese had become very hard on one side of the toasted slice. Very poor
Ive been going to this greggs every week for the past 4 years. Overall I'd say very good because the staff are friendly for the most part or at least polite even at times of high stress. But very recently these past couple of days a new staff member that I have been served by has been very rude on both occasions not just to me but other customers aswell. She needs an attitude adjust!!!!
Staff excel in customer service and the food and drink are well known for their taste and they are satisfying.
