Good opening times and nicely located branch of Greggs. I purchased some food and a latte at nearly 19:00 and the food was acceptable. The mature lady I spoke to had a good sense of humour. I would recommend this branch to others.

Gregg's is a magnificent addition to Marylebone station. The meal I picked up for my din dins was half the price of the equivalent at any of the alternative outlets and the kind gentleman informed me of the opportunity to purchase a full sized drink for just 15p extra as part of a deal. In addition to the great value on offer I had just 7 minutes to make my train. I was able to browse the options on offer, get served and pay all in the space of about 2 minutes allowing me to make the train on time. Top tier and suspect I'll be making return visits on many occasions in the future.
Gets busy but a lot of staff. Fast service and fresh food. Shelves always stocked.
I request to good to go offer though the app for church Street Gregg's. They were temp closed. So I came to this store and explained to the staff and manager. I have to say the experience dealing with this issue was far above my expectation. The staff member were so polite and courteous. The manager was sympathetic and accomodating. A real class for customer service and satisfaction. Gold standard for other stores to follow this case example. Thank you even though I don't know your names.
Bought 2 vegan bakes and 2 cheese and onion pasties. Both delicious.
New girl at the counter did a great job. Very pleasant and diligent.
