A Tasty Burger Experience, but Slightly Overrated

I recently visited Burger and Beyond in Soho, enticed by the hype surrounding their burgers. While I had a generally positive experience, I couldn't help but feel that it fell slightly short of the high expectations set by the reviews.
Amazing food and for the MOST part great staff. The bearded guy and Asian girl were great, and the burger was the best I’ve ever had. However the girl with blonde hair and tattoos had such an attitude, seen a couple other reviews saying the same. She’s just rude. But overall great 👍
As soon as we arrived staff were friendly and welcoming, even offering to carry our luggage! Such a warm and inviting atmosphere!
Food was unreal, we often got the diy burger kits sent to the house, so it was nice to actually go in and have it all done for us!

Came here for lunch and was not disappointed! We were sat at a table immediately and staff were attentive and helpful. One of THE BEST burgers I’ve had in London. It was juicy and flavourful. We also got the gravy fries which were good.
