I recently visited Greggs and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The coffee itself was rich and flavorful, and I appreciated the variety of options available. One thing that stood out to me was the reasonable prices. Despite being busy almost all day, the service was quick and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience at Greggs and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee at a reasonable price.
Visited this branch 2x . The only branch thar serves their pumpkin spice latte in Soy. Thank you !!! Cash is accepted. Service was fast. Manage to get a cuppa at 10:58 before closing
Hot food in the morning but be ready to wait in the long line. Make sure you time it well or you will miss your train 👍🏽
I am here every morning between 6am and 7am. Sometimes the queue is out the door, sometimes its quieter.
Either way the line is always kept moving snd it is very efficient.
The staff are rushed off their feet but its always service with a smile.
The food is always hot, and the order is always right.
A diamond of London Bridge, would take these guys over a stuffy overpriced coffee shop any day.

I have been a life long Greggs customer and I am not giving up anytime soon! Despite this Greggs branch being slightly more pricy than others due to it's in station location, it is much cheaper than Pret A Manger, Costa Coffee, Caffè Nero and all other food places within the station. Trust me Greggs Black Coffee is much better than all the competitors listed above! Great value food which is absolutely delicious! I have been in and out of London Bridge Station Monday-Friday for almost 7 years now and the customer service here never disappoints! All the employees were friendly and cheerful and served me very quickly and efficiently. Every time I order my omelette baguette with ketchup in the morning it is prepared and organised very well regardless of who is at the tills. This Greggs branch is always extremely busy though! At around 8.20am in the morning there was 13 customers in front of me! On way back home around 4.45pm there was 11 customers in front of me. However, this is somewhat good as the pasties are always hot and fresh when you receive them. The only negative is that the store is behind the ticket barriers so sometimes you can be mistakenly charged on your oyster card if you happen to walk past London Bridge. I would recommend walking over the bridge to the Greggs on Eastcheap (where I get my lunch from) as the products are somewhat cheaper and it is much easier to order from as you certainly do not have to go through ticket barriers for that store! Overall, I strongly recommend that you order from here!

Amazing Greggs branch! As usual, amazing and delicious Greggs products and everything tasted brilliant and fresh! They are extremely busy which is good because you will get a hot pasty. Everything is baked around the clock until the minute they close! The products are slightly more expensive due to being an in station location but if you want Greggs for cheaper it is definitely worth the 10 minute walk over the bridge to Greggs Eastcheap where everything is cheaper. Despite this, it is still much cheaper than Costa Coffee, Pret A Manger, Caffè Nero and other food places within London Bridge Station. Moreover, Greggs Black Coffee is much cheaper and tastes much better than all its competitors listed above! The customer service here is extremely good! The staff are friendly, cheerful! I was served very professionally and in an efficient manner. The store is clean and meets health and safety standards and food hygiene standards. The lighting makes the store feel very modern combined with a modern design throughout. All employees are wearing some form of PPE as well. Absolutely no negatives to this Greggs branch only one negative which is National Rails fault. Annoyingly, this Greggs branch is behind the ticket barriers meaning you have to tap in your oyster card or purchase a 10p ticket to get in. I tapped in and tapped out my oyster card 5 minutes later and it took £1.20 out of my oyster card! I then had to call the oyster card helpline to get the £1.20 refunded. Such a long, time consuming process for a diet coke bottle, chicken bake and cheese and onion bake! This further strengthens my point that if you happen to walk past London Bridge or surrounding areas your best going to Greggs Eastcheap if you want Greggs. Thus, this Greggs branch is only useful if you will use national rail at London Bridge. Overall, I strongly recommend this Greggs branch to you!
Went there at 9pm on Saturday night to get a drink and something to eat while waiting for my train and I was pleasantly surprised at how chirpy the staff were. I could tell they genuinely enjoyed each other's company and their job. Food was as expected but the service is what shone.
Very Busy Cafe, Good service and very hot fresh products. Very useful for Travellers, Tourists and Office workers.
Needs a fresh layout so that customers can see product display before purchase.

Excellent service in a very difficult customer service area. People want it now and cheap but forget about the member of staff who has worked from 4am to give everyone their breakfast bacon roll. You work 9 - 5 in an office and complain about management and staff that are working hard to give it their best. Take a step back and look at the real world.
A very busy branch but that means food is nearly always hot and fresh, staff are quick and polite with a smile and just a great greggs over all
A Gregg's Express in the beautiful new London Bridge Station extension. Queues can be an off putting characteristic at meal times, but the wait is worth it for the hot sausage rolls
Good well priced food and drink. Most hot food is fairly fresh and hot. Friendly efficient staff. Can get pretty busy at times but staff handle it well.
