Was looking for a good restaurant to eat. Decided to go to this restaurant. Bit hard to find as you have to walk through the men's superbrand section. The restaurant was very busy. They had table available for us. We were seated promptly. Menu was given immediately. We ordered our drinks and food.
Both food and drink took a while to come. In fact the food was here within 30mins but no sign of my drink. I only ordered still water. Took so long that I could've gone to waitrose opposite Harrods and buy bottle of water and come back. I actually had to remind the waiter 5 times for the still water bottle. Water was nice and cold when it arrived.
Food was superb. It was very delicious and tasty. Very well made. Once my hand cut chips arrived, I requested some ketchup. Again it took so long. I mean so long that I could've gone downstairs to the food hall and get it from there. Again I had to remind the waiter 3 times.
The hummus and the garlic sauce was so lovely.
Anyway I don't mind things taking long but come on, bottle of water and ketchup is already made. Therefore I do not understand why it took 30mins especially the hectic price in paying plus charging me service charge my default.
The price is very high.
Overall they have some amazing dishes and some average dishes, I would say the starters and meze are very food but mains are just average or even below average.
Will I go again: for Meze yes

Definitely, with no doubts, the best Lebanese restaurant in London. Genuinely Lebanese food, nice atmosphere and extremely tasty food. Just delicious and must go restaurant in London. I would preferably chose this place for lunch. Encouraging to make a reservation if you don’t want spending couple minutes in a queue.

Great experience, with Delicious food the service was excellent the manager Elie was very kind to us & the host as well big thanks to our waiter Ali 🤍 will definitely going back to visit again.

I have visited Em Sherif in many cities like sure Beirut, Riyadh and now London. The standard is the same. Service is always excellent and welcoming. Food variety is different from city to another which proof that they use fresh ingredients on its season and availability. The pumpkin Kebbeh is new and i like it. All the food was excellent. Highly recommended if you are in London and have appetite for really nice Lebanese food with a twist.
New fav Lebanese in London.. was recommended this place and I was a little wary of ‘yet another big mall restaurant’. Could have not been more wrong. Super welcoming,great service and hands down the best Lebanese I’ve had so far..even including some spots in Beirut! Go, you’ll thank me later.

A wonderful experience . The food was delicious , service -10 stars. The manager , Elie, came to our table to insure our experience was perfect. If you dine at Harrod’s, you must have a meal here . Thank you to the ‘Em Sherif staff for giving us a great memory!❤️
This time I had the Meghli as a takeaway from the Em Sherif stand in the Foodhall at Harrod's.. I have to say it was amazing, it was just the right amount of sweetness, full of nuts and extremely delicious. I highly recommend it.
Food was super delicious, and pricy
Took a while to receive the order due to technical problems in the system
But they apologized for it and gave us a compensation dish.

Not quite as good as the original in Beirut but pretty good for London. Elevated Lebanese food - overall good.
A nice ambience, incredibly aesthetically pleasing. The staff went out of their way to seat us as soon as possible.
They did not compromise their service despite how busy it was and it did not affect the atmosphere and experience.

Ali was extremely helpful with his recommendations. We had the Chicken Maklubi and Lamb Chops. 100% coming back here next time I visit Christian Dior

The most delicious Lebanese Arabic restaurant, its dishes are delicious and unique. I hope it will always remain one of Harrods landmarks
We had the most lovely experience.
Last Saturday, we dine in the restaurant for lunch.
The manager Elie was very welcoming and attentive, he helped us to choose the right dishes.
The food was delicious, the hummus is a must! Highly recommend it for lunch!
This place is awesome! Great tasting shawarma all made with fresh ingredients and amazing people working in the restaurant. Recommended to anyone looking for Middle Eastern Style Halal Food. Everything on the menu is delicious.
