I don’t often write reviews but I must make an exception for Ben’s. It is without doubt one of the nicest cafés I’ve been to in London. Not only are the staff kind and friendly, but the food is absolutely delicious. There is an array of cuisines, from French pastries to traditional Maghreb dishes. If you’re just stopping for a drink, the coffees are excellent and I would argue they serve the best hot chocolate in the whole area!
You can come here to work, chat with a friend or just relax- the ambience here is perfect (probably helped by the fantastic music selection!)
This cafe deserves all the commendation it rightly receives. Do yourself a favour when you find yourself north of the Thames and come to Ben’s!
Delicious, fresh home-cooked food, and an amazing selection of cakes and pastries. Father and son venture gives it that personal touch - extremely friendly and welcoming. We have been visiting Ben's Flavours regularly since it started and have not looked back. I especially enjoy their salads, gluten free cakes and shakshuka.
Beautiful place with friendly staff and very good service. Amazing food experience. Delicious. Tried 6 sides and chicken as a main course. Chocolate cake, late and fresh apple juice with a touch of ginger. 10 from 10.

This wonderful little spot has become somewhat of a sanctuary for me over this passed year. It’s a welcoming atmosphere with super friendly staff. Their selection of food is some of the most delicious (if not best) North African, French and English flavours in the area (all freshly prepared), and the wifi is uber-speedy. Vegan, vegetarian and meaty options are all available here! :)

I love this place. I'm going to cover a couple points as to why :
1) Food : The food is great. I'm a health conscious person, I exercise a lot, I care about my diet, I like to eat clean and healthy and this place is perfect for me. Loads of gorgeous salads. Good value tasty meats and veg. All fresh and homemade. I get to try international flavours. I leave feeling good, refueled and healthy.
Now, if I am treating myself, the desserts are gorgeous!! Beautiful cakes, buns, pastries. Homemade. Some gluten-free/vegan options. Tasty as! Some pictures provided. It's cute right!? And absolutely delicious!
2) People/Service/Atmosphere : Ben's is local to me and I'm in here near every week. I bring my laptop, get out of the house, do some work and get well looked after. Ben and his son Adam are lovely. 2 characters. Get to know people, have a laugh and look after their customers. I'd like to say I'm special with the care I get but I can see everyone gets it. I've often got a bigger portion than asked, maybe a little something as a gift.
It's a lovely vibe and a rare piece of friendly, local, personal service in a big crazy city.

Everything we ate was fresh and delicious, my eyes 👀 don’t lie nor my taste buds do. Ben’s Flavours pastry Chef uses the best quality ingredients to produce dishes to that high standard, simple but delightful. Five stars to those colourful salad dishes loaded with protein and fibre and infused with aromatic spice and herbs. Whenever I eat it, it fills me up and boosts my energy level. Visiting Author and master baker Ali at Bens Flavours in Finchley is always a great pleasure. The food at this restaurant is as legendary as the genuine hospitality extended to all who visit.
Today was no different and I had some pizza slices with a medley of salads (see pics). The mix was sensational as was the chocolate cake Ali served up for desert (sorry no pics as I ate the cake before rembering to photograph it).
Amazing food! Lovely decoration and delightful vibe, definitely would come back again. I’ll recommend to my friends and family! ❤️
This is the one of the most tasty restaurants in the UK. I have never had a dish in the UK that I thought was good for the price, except here.
