I don’t generally give 5 stars but this little place deserves it. Cleanliness: It’s a tucked away, simple, unpretentious coffee shop. Clean, well spaced out. Food :I tried the bombon which is a delicious coffee ,with a layered condensed milk and espresso combination., perfect with their muffins which are the right sweetness, delicate, fresh. Sandwiches are fabulous, fresh, well filled. Made with care, perfect bread. Perfect prices. Staff: lovely duo, friendly and welcoming, they do seem to love what they are doing. Reflected in their customer service. Atmosphere: tranquil, a mix between professional laptop users , Road workers, students, NHS, locals. All types just come and go very calmly. Love it

Rustic is a true gem nestled in the storied Maida Hill neighborhood on Harrow road. Rustic feels like home, the moment you step through the doors you're greeted with a cozy aesthetic and warm smiles from the family ownership team. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the sandwiches are otherworldly. I highly recommend ordering the chicken sandwich on wheat bread. The sandwich is filled with tasty pickled vegetables, gooey melted cheese, and a health serving of protein which is placed delicately on bread that is toasted to perfection. It’s my favorite thing to eat in the entire neighborhood - you won’t be disappointed. Additionally, the staff (Al) is the best in town. Every visit feels like you’re a first time customer.

I checked this place out as it just opened in my immediate neighbourhood. I must say, the coffee was worth the wait overall: good quality (a far cry from that burnt flavour you get at the Costa Coffee right across the street) and milk at the perfect temperature. Overall the staff is super kind and friendly, which felt very nice and "homely". Edit 1: Since my first review, this place has quickly become my absolute favourite in the Maida Hill neighbourhood! Edit 2: they have introduced quite a number of plant based milk alternatives also! Edit 3: please re-open! 😁

Rustic refers to itself as more than just a coffee house - and it truly is. Rustic prides itself on its exceptional quality, service and environment and having visited the coffee house a number of times now, this is more than just words. You can expect 10/10 from all of the above. If you're wanting to visit a coffee shop that cares about more than just taking your ££, visit Rustic. Fab value for money, seriously tasty coffee and food (get the Biscoff waffle!), friendly and attentive customer service, safe and warm atmosphere... I could go on, but go and try it out for yourself! This photo was my 3rd flat white of the day at Rustic...

Rustic was such a lovely cafe, the staff were friendly and welcoming we had a difficult cat collection and the guy behind the counter made us some delicious beef sandwiches to keep us going and they were delicious! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is hard to come by in London! THANK YOU!

Stumbling upon a charming independent café was an absolute delight. Their tuna mayo sandwich was simply superb, featuring delectable tuna mixed with creamy mayo, all nestled between perfectly toasted artisan bread. The home-roasted coffee was invigorating, striking a harmonious balance of robustness and smoothness. The café's cosy ambiance and the provision of a backgammon set added an extra layer of charm. It's crucial to support independent businesses like this café, as they embody the spirit of individuality and community. A visit is highly recommended for exceptional food, coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Quirky, exceptionally friendly new family-run cafe on the corner of Harrow Road and Great Western Road. Adds a ton of soul to the area, what with Costa on the other side of the street. The Karak Chai (mum’s secret recipe) is fab. I may never know what dark magic Al uses to spice and sauce the peppers in his sandwiches, and I find I do not care as long as they keep on coming.

This is such a lovely cafe. The place has super tasty vegan cakes and sandwiches and really good coffee. Super fast Wifi for zoom calls and it’s just a great place to work and hang out. The background music is always relaxing, there’s lots of plants and there’s a chess board and books to read when you need a break :D really recommend this place

Simple menu, bright, earthy atmosphere, great spot for people watching, nice coffee, sandwich bread is amazing and the sesame inside the sandwich is a brilliant idea. Solid wifi, unpretentious, all you could want from a coffee shop/lunch spot. Perfectly delivered experience, no filler.
