Visited for dinner having stumbled across this place for a drink a few months ago.
Food was absolutely outstanding, shared the vegan party platter and two pizzas between three of us and it was the perfect amount of food. The beer was extremely tasty and well priced for the location.
The atmosphere in the bar is really relaxed, suitable for all groups of people who are looking for a place to enjoy a quiet bit of food or if your looking for a bit more of an exciting night.
Great evening here. Ok you have to go to the bar to order your food and then you’re given a disk that will sound, flash and vibrate when your food is ready. You then have to walk upto the kitchen which is next to the bar to collect your plates. So yeah you’re a waiter/waitress aswell as a customer 🤣
But seriously the food was much better than expected and prices are very reasonable for the quantity you get.
The picture I’ve attached was £24 was so worth every penny.
Friendly chatty staff aswell so yes most definitely will return
Parking is just around the corner aswell.
Plus pets are welcome
Right next to the tube station… such a convenient positioning
Lovely experience, this bar is very cozy and has intimate tables with sofas and candles, ordered a pizza that was reasonably priced and tasted great, the 2 piña coladas for £15 offer was a great way to grab a cocktail without spending a fortune each. They have 2 white wines and two red wines on tap, good beer selection, bartender was welcoming. The atmosphere is really nice too, lovely interior decor.
A great find hidden behind the station. Cool interiors. Really reasonably priced. Good variety of different foods with lots of veggie options. Burger was best veggie burger we’ve had in a while and the fries and pizza were delicious too.
Great service. Friendly staff. Food came quickly and affordable. Fed 2 adults and 2 kids with drinks for under £50!
And no I don’t work there. Just makes a nice change to find somewhere you would go again!
This is such a great spot for after work drinks.
We've been here a bunch of times for food and drinks, as the team are always friendly, and the drinks are great.
The food options are spot on, with good choices and I personally like the open and accepting vibe of the space.
Vibe! There's a great feel to the place, it's laid back fun. It has comfy sofas, booth seating, quick bite tables and sort of secluded corner - so seating for all! The rest of the aesthetics are quirky but modern. Great drinks menu with unique shots and cocktails. The food is so tasty, highly recommended the vegan ch*ckn tacos , my whole group was happy with various pizza, tacos & sides. The good news is the price! It's very reasonable and not even just reasonable for London. The staff were friendly, happy to make recommendations and the service is quick. Visit.
I am sooooooo happy this place opened, it’s just what Finsbury Park needed!
First of all it looks amazing, kind of like a 70s version of Soho House, the attention to detail (art work, nod to the football crowd, fixtures & fabrics…) is incredible.
Then the food and drinks are also stunning. I was already a fan of Ace pizza (at the Penbury & Five Points arches) but to have that by the slice alongside those tacos, corn ribs and calamari is SPECIAL. For drinks the margs are my recommendation; esp the pomegranate one 😋Also really good value at two for £12.
When we went it was still soft opening and the staff were so lovely! Really open and chatty and when we ordered at the table asked us to order at the bar so they could practise *cute* ! So much respect for new hospitality ventures after the last 2 years and to be met with such open, unpretentious and friendly service was a breath of fresh air!
(We’ve already arranged to go back this weekend! 🎉)
I've been here a few times for the pizza which is always fantastic and also taco Tuesday deals.
Food options are good for vegans.
Most people seem to use the place as a work space, so the vibe is mostly people sitting on laptops until the late evening.
We came for the super £10 lunch deal (burger of choice with a pickle and side of fries+ lager, margarita or soft drink). The lunch deal runs from 12-5pm, Monday to Friday. Staff was friendly but the burgers were absolutely banging. Would highly recommend the California style chicken burger and Vietnamese style chicken burger but they also have a veggie and a vegan alternative. We will definitely be coming back!
Really fun bar with good music, perfect for a late night drink. Not the best tacos in London, but do the job if you're hungry! Spicy Margarita was delicious.
I've been to someday twice now and I actually can't believe how good the food is! We've had the burgers and the pizzas plus some of the sides and they've all been 👌 - surpassed my expectations. Plus the margaritas are 10/10! Really love the vibe and decor here, it's my new go-to hang out.
Just a good stop convenient to the station. Drink prices aren't extortionate and the seating is plentiful. Staff are friendly and delightful. They do close up the outdoor seating later in the evening to reduce local noise, but there is generally plenty of space inside. Will continue coming here as a nice option in the area.
Great new bar, just what the area needs. Best pizza ever, love it by the slice. Tacos and calamari amazing. Delicious margharitas, 2 for £12 is amazing value. Lovely friendly staff, great service. So easy to get to, just follow signs for Wells Terrace and it's right outside the station.
I went here twice in one weekend it was so good! We tried the Honey Pie, Papa Jones and Marg pizzas, as well as the fish and plantain tacos. The Margaritas are amazing too - the Mezcal one has my heart. All of it was *chefs kiss*. No notes. I'll definitely be back!
Staff were super nice and helpful , food was cheap and delicious, the Wi-Fi was fast, the vibes were great. Would recommend to any friend for drinks or food or to go to a place to work. Also this place has plenty of comfortable seating and chargers for laptops.
