Okay staff but the food was delicious. the burger wasn’t go greasy but still not dry. great fries and clean restauran
Polished, spacious restaurant selling criminally priced burgers. However, the no-nonsense burgers, thrown in a paper bag are really good.
Provided you remind yourself that most sit-down restaurants would charge similar for a burger, and that you get your fill of free monkey nuts and 2000kcal in one meal (yes, literally), you can leave guilt-free in a cloud of peanut dust. 🥜
So fricking tasty! Didn’t know beforehand that you need to order every item alone and not as a meal so it can be quite expensive or not as cheap as a McDonald’s.. the kitchen is an open kitchen and the customers can look inside which is really cool. As for the food, the fries are great, really salty and yummy. Also, the small size is more than enough for 2 people. The toppings for the hamburger are chosen by you so you can put whatever you like. There aren’t many special toppings and it mostly consists of the basic vegetables. The meat was great! one of the best that I’ve had - cooked just how I wanted it to and really tasty. Drinks are refill which is absolutely fantastic! There are so many different flavors and drinks. Overall as a tourist I really enjoyed it and will surely come back.

The staff are awesome and always welcoming. The food service and taste is as good as 5 guys gets and the location is very accessible compared to other locations. TOPS
Chips were hot so that was very good. The burgers tasted great although I still think £10-11 per burger is still a little bit dear. To be fair, in my opinion it definitely is better than the other two known burger here in U.K. so maybe the price is acceptable. We had to wait around 5-7min for our food and it wasn't busy so I didn't think it was the quickest service. The restaurant is quite boring and just plain but was clean.
The burger was much better than I anticipated. The spicy fries had a ton of seasoning...to much. Next time we will go with regular fries.
We forgot to tell them about our online order and they handled it very nice, also the food is godlike

There is nothing wrong with the Atmosohere and I'm sure there isn't anything the could or would want to do to improve it but I just can't justify 5 stars

We always love a good Five Guys when we are in London! This one in particular is amazing.
Really great staff, polite and helpful. The restaurant was very clean while we were there. The food was obviously excellent, my favourite one is the bacon cheeseburger. If you like cheese and bacon you should definitely take this one!
We were served by Kate today, and she was amazingly sweet, smiley and helpful!
I’ve been to many Five Guys over the years, and after just 3 trips here it is far and away the best I’ve been to.
The staff are all amazingly polite, warm and helpful. The restaurant is always clean, working efficiently, with no delays and no mistakes. The food is always excellent, and the gent who I think is the manager is always extraordinarily switched on and friendly.
Elvira served me today, and was as helpful, smiley and engaged as you could possibly hope for!
