This Greek restaurant is truly outstanding. I highly recommend trying the tomato salad, Greek salad, assorted dips, and the grilled lamb chops – they were all exquisite. However, my absolute favorite was the calamari; the sauce that accompanies it is simply gorgeous!! The service was top-notch, and if you find a moment to visit the bar downstairs, the cocktails are worth trying. What makes this place truly special, though, is the wonderful atmosphere and great vibes it offers.

We arrived at lunch time with no reservation, the staff quickly offered a table in the middle. The food overall is quite creative and balanced.
We ordered lamb chops (serving size is big enough for 2 persons to share), spicy minced beef which turned out as meat balls, potato terrine, charred broccoli. The service was very fast and attentive.
I first discovered Zephyr restaurant back in September last year, and since then, it has become a regular haunt of mine. It's not easy to find a place in London that consistently hits the mark, but Zephyr unquestionably stands out in this regard.

Probably the best Greek/Mediterranean restaurant in London. Great for veggie and vegan food, too (the salads, pitta bread, and dips are to die for). Do the dinner menu as the truffle and mushroom orzo is only available then. Service is amazing, cocktails are delicious and there’s an interesting wine list!
You cannot not come to this place. The best restaurant I have ever been to in London by a country mile. The food, the service and the ambience is just a step above. We sat at the bar and watched the chefs work their magic. Will be back again and again and again!!
Absolute deliciousness in a beautifully designed restaurant with service that leaves you feeling warm inside! Loved all of the dishes (even the infamous prawns), all the Mediterranean flavors go together so well. Service is super quick and menu is fabulous. No surprise as all their other restaurants (pachamama, Chicama) are major hits as well and belong to some of my favorite restaurants in London. Congratulations on another amazing restaurant!
Amazing dinner at Zephyr. We went for the tasting menus and it was completely worth it, being able to taste a bit of everything in the menu and the portions were just about the right size. Wine list is also good, albeit could use some more whites. Service was friendly and efficient. Price quality is definitely on the higher end, with drinks being exorbitantly expensive (£21 for a Hendrick’s to tonic) but food and wine were fair priced given quality. Would definitely go back.
Great food. Lovely seafood dishes and Greek small plates. The cocktails were delicious - especially the Negroily. Favourite dishes were the spicy feta dip, the seabass carpaccio and the truffle potato terrine.
The service was a little hit & miss and rushed. Dishes all came out very quickly and the bill and payment were pushed on us in a matter of minutes.
Still a good experience and would recommend on the basis of the food! There's a fun bar downstairs too!
What an exceptional night at Zephyr. It was my first time trying it out and it won't be my last! From the host at the entrance, to the service but above all the quality of the ingredients used and the finesse of the cooking.

I had a great dinner night out at Zephyr. Food and drinks tasted exceptional as usual, but most of all I would like to highlight service of the whole Zephyr Team and Alena in particular.
She hosted us, helped with the table, was very welcoming and extremely nice throughout the whole evening. Such experience makes you coming back to the restaurant again and again!

Brilliant place! Got quite busy in late afternoon, and it’s a bit pricy there as well. Overall the food there is all good! Especially the sea bass and the steak!

The tzatziki, yellow tail and beef tomatoes were amazing, delicious and beautifully presented. But the highlight was definitely the Tarama (cod) and Sea Bass, they were more than perfect.
Delicious menu with an array of selections to indulge in. I’ll be back to sample the other meals I missed out on.
Excellent service and vibes in the restaurant, the waiter really catered to our needs.

Food is simple and delicious, we took the seabass as a main to share and I would highly recommend it! The spreads and bread get you started on a high note before the tomato salad cleans your mouth with freshness.
The service was impeccable and the manager Jon took the time on a busy saturday night to share about his love of food and help us make the best decision for our evening. Great guy and you can definitely see and feel the passion. We stayed until the closing with some regulars and discovered how much people love the team.

My wife is Athenian born and bred. I’m not Greek but we travel to the mainland and the islands 3-4 times per year for over the last 10 years. We have previous. We’ve scoured London for that clean crisp authentic ingredient led Hellenic taste but to no avail until now. Zephyr rocks!! We chose the £55 pp lunchtime pescatarian tasting menu. Whaaaaat? A restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill is only charging £55 pp for a 7-course taster you ask? We expected microscopic portions. We were wrong - as the photos will attest to. With each dish came layer upon layer of flavour. The potato terrines and the sea bass were the stars. The whole meal was fabulous. The service was light touch but we like that. If you’re an attention seeker this isn’t the place for you. Ambience was laid back & relaxed. There are literally hundreds of central London restaurants that deserve our custom but before we try those we will be back here for the lamb and calamari. Can’t wait!!
Had dinner here for a birthday, the staff were so lovely and welcoming - Irina on reception and Erika our waitress. The food is really delicious and very reasonable for the location. We had the fish tasting and couldn’t fault any dishes. There is also an extensive wine list and good cocktails. Will be making this a regular spot. Thanks Zephyr team x
Gorgeous food and drinks and wonderful service from Erica and the other members of staff. Lovely decor. We really enjoyed the taster menu which catered for all our dietary requirements, the food was so fresh with wonderful flavours in the heart of Portobello.
