This is one of my favorite pubs / bar area in Russel Square / Bloomsbury. They have a really good selection of breakfast and lunch items. I also think this is a perfect place to grab a Sunday brunch. I do however wish they had more veggie options.
Their service is really good - I found the staff to be really friendly which adds to the overall atmosphere of the place. It’s very beautiful set up with plants everywhere and bright sunlight (weather allowing).
I definitely recommend this place - particularly for brunch!
A wonderful selection of dishes and drinks, however the service from staff is what needs to be praised most. Friendly and attentive throughout the evening but never intrusive.
The seafood linguine was extremely flavoursome and the rose and raspberry cheesecake was incredible. Wine pairings are suggested on the menu for all the dishes as well if that’s your thing.
It's such a nice place! A lot of gluten-free options. The food and drinks were very good, and the place is beautiful. The only downside is that we were sitting outside, and the waitresses didn't really notice us, but they were very kind and very nice!
We ordered the Sunday roast and were very impressed! It doesn’t feel like the same old Sunday roast, the creamed corn and condiments were delicious addition to add a special twist. Giant Yorkshire pudding and crispy potato were also amazing. To us it’s as good as the Sunday roast at Hawksmoor!
What a lovely evening we had for our anniversary meal. The food was spectacular, the service was amazing (especially Leonardo!) and it was lovely to enjoy the sunshine whilst eating. Thank you so much to Leonardo, Tony and the team. We will be recommending to others!
Food, drinks and service was good. The menu is great for sharing and trying a little bit of everything. The atmosphere is nice, warm and perfect for a meal with family or friends. I recommend trying the meat skewers, especially the prawns. The berry pancakes had the texture of cake sponge. I also didn’t enjoy the porridge as it came out cold and tasted bland. The waitress was good and addressed all issues so I’ll definitely return in the future.
It's very pretty place, lots of plants and helpful service.
Unfortunately can't tell that much good about food. Bacon was delicious but pancakes were lower than medium in taste.

Atmosphere amazing BUT the Food is like nothing else - deliciously AMAZING! Flavour and luxurious, a real treat out!
We've visited before and tried a few different dishes off the menu, however recently visited on Valentines evening and had the lucky pleasure to experience the 'Valentines Menu', which was carried out over a 4 day period. Absolutely incredible!
We were greeted and taken to our seats, had the lovely Ana as our waitress and served a cocktail on arrival 'Cupids Arrow' 🍹❤️💯 loved it! But my goodness were we in food heaven for that evening - jumping straight to my personal favourite by surprise ... macaroni cheese ... YES 'Truffle Mac & Cheese' like I've never ever tasted! SERIOUSLY AMAZING, it was to die for!
The warm sourdough boule with white miso butter was so flavoursome, warm, fluffy and comforting, partner enjoyed the scallop skewers that came along too, and then the main was a beef Wellington with kale and a porcini sauce - our 1st experience to a speciality menu created like this and we were thoroughly impressed!
The dessert was a creative, gooey & scrumptious 'chocolate love bomb', again our 1st experience and yummy yummy yummy!
NEVER have I experienced food taste so good, I've been telling anyone and everyone about it 😍 especially the Truffle Mac & Cheese 😍😍😍 ... it was incredible - such a well planned menu!!! I was in food heaven!

A chance find in what has become quaint Brunswick Centre. The food was excellent though pricey. We dined al fresco as the weather was fine. I highly recommend for occasional dining.
I love the decor of this restaurant, the seating is super intimate. I like that the food is paired with wines, they tasted great too. Portion sizes were on the smaller side.
Yesterday I went with my other two friends to have dinner and it was a great experience. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Besides that, we other a few cocktails and for my surprise it was so taste. Looking forward to try their breakfast menu.
Went there for breakfast without a reservation on a busy Sunday. The hostess was kind enough to give me a table for 1 hour. The food was very tasty and well presented. Great coffee as well. Waiters were attentive and made sure I had a good experience!
Great restaurant nestled on the corner of the Brunswick Center. A welcome addition to the area. Had a superb lunch, wonderful receptionist who was happy to help. Without asking a lovely waiter brought water to my table and asked if I needed anything. The food is superb, wait staff were wonderful. The outside seating also looks super inviting. Good interior decoration. The spinach bowl was not the right thing for me, because I thought there would be more rice. But I think they seem to have nice breakfast options, so maybe that’s worth a try next time. The oat flat white was good. And the server was helpful in deciding what size to get.
Great place for brunch, nice atmosphere with lots of greenery. Had highchair available for my friend’s child who was with us.
We went to Riding House Bloomsbury for brunch on a Sunday. The service was slow and we had to wait very long for our food, which arrived a bit cold. However, when we spoke to the manager about that, she immediately re-ordered our dishes which came very soon and we had also a discount in the bill, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service overall, as mistakes can happen but the staff were polite and helpful. The atmosphere and vibe of the place are also great and the food was very tasty.
Very nice breakfast experience for a lazy Sunday morning. I walked-in and was given only one hour to stay. As it was my last day in London I wanted to stay in the area so I agreed. Great food and drinks. Nice service too. Pricey, as the rest of restairants in London.
