Very friendly baristas and efficient service in this Greenwich branch of Pret! They look after their regulars and new customers alike, getting their orders out quickly with a smile. Thank you for my strong cappuccino every morning and keep up the good work!

Just a damn great team. Been coming here multiple times a day for almost a year and can say that every member of the team here is delightful, some customers need to cut them a lil slack, it gets absurdly busy and when it does itβs sadly far too common to hear customers raising their voice/being rather unkind toward the staff, not the staffs fault at all - they very clearly try their best and do a wonderful job. Their friendly attitude always makes me feel welcomed and keeps me coming back
Was there on the opening day of Friday, the 18th of June 2021... It's a Pret, won't ever let you down. Reliable, classic and just what you'd expect. Glad to have my coffee subscription south of the Thames now! β
Had to downgrade to 4 stars as the current staffing seems to not be sufficient to cope with the high footfall. As this little, lovely shop gained popularity, the queue situation got out of hand. How about reducing "click & collect" space which is barely used for a 4th counter, or keeping the 3 existing ones staffed?
Very small with only a few seats. Friendly staff but queues could be managed a little better. No hot food.
Not bad at all, the baristas are professional and swift, the drinks are as good as they come. My only complaint is certain drinks such as frappes and shakes being unavailable at times, but other than that, getting my morning coffee from here is always a pleasant experience overall.
Visited recently, staff being very helpful and can't complain, my coffee was full :)
Discovered this Pret during this year's school summer hols. Staff are always friendly and the coffee is always amazing, especially with their berry croissant. Thank you to Alex today for asking me how my day was going (my day was going well) and then giving my order to me on the house. Super kind and unexpected! Always live life with a grateful heart.....

Can get very busy with queues outside.
