Small seating but the food and drink muxh better than these larger chains like chaiwala.

Stubbled across this place looking for chai and we had the Karak Chai which was really nice. Would have preferred traditional glass chai instead of the takeaway cups. Apple pie was really tasty :) Music was really nice!
Overall very nice experience. The chai was good, on the sweeter side but I loved that. If you aren't a fan of sweet, maybe ask for less sugar. Glad to have discovered this gem a 10 minute drive from me. Tried their Karak chai and donuts on my first visit and both are delicious - so many donut toppings to choose from too! They’re also open till late which is a bonus.
Nice place. The Tea (karak chai) is one of the best I have had in London. The doughnuts 🍩 were are so delicious 😋. The Waffle sticks are so amazing and the kids enjoyed them. Thanks again.

These hot fresh doughnuts are SO good - not overly sweet just the right toppings on a hot delicious doughnut and I live in dubai where we get plenty of doughnuts but they don’t compare to Chai House’s!
