I have been to BAPJO a handful of times over the last year and it has been consistently great! All the dishes I've had are delicious (My favourites are the LA Galbi and their cheese powder fried chicken), with good sized portions. The place is small with only a handful of tables, so it might be worth reserving before going, especially as a group; but the food usually comes out fast so most of the time, you won't have to wait too long to get a spot. The restaurant is owned and ran by a Korean family and it really shows in the food they serve!

The food was mostly good - between the two of us, we shared the dolsot beef bulgogi bibimbap (great), seafood pancakes (good), Korean fried chicken wings (chicken was great but the soy garlic seasoning was slightly too sweet) and the vegetable japchae (for the some reason the noodles were cut up into small pieces and it was way too sweet. I'm Korean so had higher expectations for this!). I'd still go back to try some of the other dishes. The restaurant only has around 12 seats and feels quite cramped, so if you want to eat in, it's best to make a reservation.

Nice little hidden gem nor far from Waterloo or Lambert North. The place is very small but the food in there is worth the wait! Or very least make a reservation in advance. We ordered the bibimbap, black bean noodles, boneless fried chicken and spicy rice cake. Good portion, great taste, and great service! That makes the dining experience here so great! The staff is keen on giving recommendations on how Koreans will like their food and make recommendations on how and when to mix our bibimbab to get the best flavour. Really enjoyed it and will visit again

Fantastic Korean food. The army stew was steaming hot and had a great spice level. The chicken katsu curry was crunchy and flavorful. Order at the counter and hope you can grab a table as there is limited seating (10-12 people max).

Intimate cafe tucked behind on a side street in Waterloo with 3 tables. Portions are large and good value for money. The tofu bento consisted of deep fried teriyaki tofu, dumplings, spring rolls, rice, salad and pickles. Everything was fresh as tasted pleasant. Service was great and they gave us extra katsu curry to take away for free.

A cosy korean restaurant with only 12 seats. The bento was good. Nice crispy boneless korean fried chicken with banchan and salads. Recommend to go earlier as the shop will get busy and there will be queues outside the shop.

Absolutely amazing food. Honestly the best I've ever had. Tofu teriyaki bento was just delicious. We also had tofu katsu with rice and sweet chilli chicken wings. Best food we've ever had. I would travel miles to this place again to eat. Blinding!

Little corner eatery w limited seating as they mostly do takeaways or delivery. Ordered the bibimbap but wish I didn’t dish out £1 for the hot stone bowl bc it really wasn’t that hot to cook the egg yolk or crisp up the bottom of the rice (which is the point of those stone bowls). Really just kept it warm… Other than that it’s not bad tbh.

The food is delicious! The venue is small but definitely worth a visit. I am looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu!

Went for a quick bite and the food was fantastic! I had Buldak Chicken Dosirak. Nice and not overwhelming spiciness. Good value for money. Will definitely return to try Fried Chicken and other stuff as they seem promising.
