Gugsu is really good and almost great. They make general westernized Chinese meats, rices, noodles, and veggies that you receive in a box. Visit on a Tuesday to get a discount on your order. You can then order online at a big discount. The chicken is all very tender and a great choice no matter which you try. I was a fan of the peppered chicken (not actually spicy despite the signs) and the Manchurian chicken. A large box probably won't fill you if you're hungry but it otherwise might. The prices are a steal for the serving size. The interior is colorful fun but the restroom could be better. Staff is nice and communicates well.

Absolutely amazing good. It’s halal and has so many options to choose from. The staffs r absolutely amazing people, very friendly and helpful. All the food tasted fresh and tasty. Came here for iftaar and it was definitely the best decision. Would definitely come here again. The crispy prawn was my personal favourite ❤️
Had the food delivered but we didn't realize how close the restaurant was to our hotel. We got two small build your own box and it was the perfect size. In the box we had the udon noodles, vegetables fried rice, BBQ chicken, vegetables stir fry and sweet and sour chicken. The sweat and sour chicken was not my favourite. I didn't like the taste of it but the BBQ chicken was much better. Overall the rice was my favourite, since it was packed with flavor. We also shared the Dumpling and vegetable spring rolls. I loved the packaging, the portions and price.

It’s a nice and cozy place to have a small snack or meal. The meal-deal gives the box a very fair price. The food was great and the staff was very kind.
Very nice place for fast asian food. You can assemble your own kit with the available add-ons. The largest portion is £10, which includes a free drink. Its not top restaurant but friendly staff and good food = solid 4/5.
Served by Nasir so friendly and helpful, the food is yum I wouldn’t recommend the boba but the actual noodles, chips and curries are good!
It was the best service, the most deserving 5 stars restaurant ever. Loved the dumplings and the spicy chips. Their tempura shrimps were also so nice as well the katsu sauce was one of the best.

Best ever noodles shop in East London. I choose noodles and fried rice with Thai green curry. It was absolutely delicious, packed with flavours. Very friendly staff👍

Options and size portions were decent, considering location and competitive choice for take aways in the area, (especially lunchtime).
I believe their menu has grown since I last ate there.
It’s a crime I haven’t left feedback until now, such a vibrant little spot and down to earth staff.

Well me and one of friend came here to break our fast during Ramadan. Their service is so good. Specifically their beef item’s was juicy and tender. And the other food’s was well cooked. Though we was fasting that’s why they served us some extra food as a compliment. Very professional and well mannered staffs. Highly recommended.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm aroma of simmering broth and the sweetest smile from the enchanting chef behind the counter. Her name, as she proudly told me, was ARTI – a culinary genius with a side of humor. As she handed me a menu, she said, “Our noodles are like love – a bit twisted, but oh so satisfying!”
A very delicious noodle bar, unique in its service I would say. Always very welcoming and very generous in their portions. Never disappointed. I go for fish and veg options, always cooked well and tasty. Nasir usually serves me and is always on point with service - will definitely come back and have already recommended to my work colleagues.
Have to say the food tasted amazing. Had a lot of flavour. I have to say I was completely stuffed from ordering the large build your own box. Even had food left over. Would definitely order again.

Can't beat it really and the price is more than reasonable! Food looks like the pictures. Staff cooked a fresh portion for us and even gave us two prawn crackers on the house as it was our first time!
