I love this place. Local cafe with tasty, freshly-cooked food. Family run with efficient and friendly service. Locals place, but welcoming to everyone. Bacon well done is the best with bloomer bread.
Love this traditional cafe so much. Honestly foods are absolutely fantastic. And also variations are amazing. I would say all tastes are next level for sure. Seems like just a local old fashioned cafe, but great for everything much more than others. I love that coffee thoðŸ¤lol thanks for every time.
First, some context. This is a ‘local’ old school cafe, honest and unpretentious - and providing excellent value. On my travel checklist for London was an English breakfast with black pudding, which is what I ordered. I got exactly that: perfectly cooked bacon, egg, mushrooms and black pudding. No bells and whistles and just perfect. Coffee (black or milky) was better than any I’ve tasted since arriving in London.
Only regret is I hadn’t discovered this place earlier in my stay in London - a missed opportunity to work through the many delightful sounding, traditional British offerings on the menu.
Decent prices, cash only. They seemed very confused when I ordered the eggs and mushroom on toast (add cheese) although it was one of the first few items on the menu. They were nice though. Food was good but coffee seemed horribly burnt, that was the only complaint. Portions were great too. I would come here again for easy breakfast.
Great value no frills , practical cafe just off of a major road in and out of London . I had option 4 on the menu ( I love bubble and squeak and it was listed in it ) and it filled me up for a days walking down the regent canal from limehouse to Camden . Just the job !
It's a good cafe with straight forward freshly cooked food. You can see the food being cooked at the back of the counter. Cafe can get busy at times so you might not get a seat/table, though you could share a table with other customers if they are okay with this. Cafe is used a lot by council worker and workmen/women. Original owner Sherry sold the business, she started/opened the care around 1986 and used to park her blue Toyota sports car outside of the cafe. It's a good cafe to spend time in people watching after the morning rush given they have large windows.
Best English Breakfast in Limehouse! Great service and food! Come by and support your local cafe and have some good food with good company in a clean place. If you’re in the area stop by and have a breakfast.

A wonderful cafe. A million variations of full English breakfast to choose from and all at reasonable prices. Immaculately clean and well run. An old fashioned cafe, in the best possible way. If you're nearby, then this is definitely the place to go.
The best breakfast in London and the best execution of delivery I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 all round. Coffee is unreal too!

I live just above and decided to eat breakfast in your place today for the first time. I ordered a set breakfast with coffee. Meal arrived quickly and it was fresh and warm. For not even 6 pounds I had a big breakfast with hot drink that was tasty. I will come back for sure, see you neighbours
