Visited on a Saturday morning around 10.30am. Was fairly quiet during the time of my visit. Had a very tasty coffee from here, for takeaway, made using a traditional Colombian process. Average pricing. Friendly service. Simple enough setup inside. I will definitely try to make it back here.
I really enjoyed my time there! The coffee wasn't to my personal taste but it was great to see how it was made. The food was very delicious. I recommend.
Ps: They also sell coffee beans to take home.
Thank you to the girl behind the counter for the amazing experience!
Great little coffee place with a slight twist on the usual offer. I do love the way they are promoting particular farms but also traditional methods of making coffee.
There is whole 'colombian method' menu complete with campesino (which I tried today) using the cotton filter (as café drcolleta) café con leche (espresso, water and 2 Oz milk).
They looked like a smooth operation with also some food to offer. We didn't try today but looked nice from some of those around us.
It's conveniently placed - close to the hustle of covent garden or Leicester Square if you have the misfortune of having to be here like I did. Greek street is or was quiet on the day.
Anyway worth a visit here or the original in London bridge. :-)
The best black coffee in London, hands down. I had natural Caturra made Cafe De Olleta, you'll thank me for it. The price is really good given the quality of the coffee and deserts.
Cozy little Cafe with sustainability moto in the heart of Soho London. The coffee roasts are amazing, would recommend
It’s under the radar right now but this cafe is an excellent place to get delicious Colombian specialty coffee in Soho. I wasn’t sure if the coffee was good at first, but the Flat White won me over.
I’ll likely come over more often from now on now that I found out about it. If you love specialty coffee, you’ll likely enjoy this spot.
Espresso: 5/5
Might be the the best espresso I’ve had in London, it’s a big shout with Monmouth up the road but generally a lot quieter, a nicer atmosphere and the coffee is phenomenal.
Decor is really cool, music is good. The espresso was full of flavour, really rich taste but not bitter and perfect temp.
I've tried just about every good coffee shop in town and can honestly say these guys - especially Benjy - are making the best coffee in London right now. Not only that, the food is delicious, the space is lovely, and their commitment to improving the supply chain and the lives of the people growing their beans is genuine. It's this type of business that makes life good - thanks and congratulations to everyone involved.
Having been a frequent customer at the shop in borough market, I deemed that it was time to try out one of their physical shops.
That said, as per their stall in borough market, I have no regrets in consuming one of their perfectly brewed cups of coffee.
From the beans they brew to the way the atmosphere of the cafe itself is, this place is full of the right coffee appreciation aroma and content customers.
I've been going there for months now and it's undoubtedly the best coffee in London and one of the best I've ever had in my life.
Unfortunately, my standards are so high now that I can't stand coffee anywhere else - not amused 😑 😜
And let's not forget about the employees! So kind, helpful and welcoming. Sometimes i just stop by for a chat.
