Perhaps the best fish and chips I’ve had! Tasty, totally crispy (crust and fries), and the mushrooms were top notch crispy too. Good wines by the glass. It was £22.50 for the meal, not bad (for London). I strongly recommend making a reservation!!! Although it was well worth the wait, nearly an h
I opted for the traditional Cod, accompanied by all the classic trimmings. Every bite was a comforting embrace – the fish, impeccably fried, boasted the ideal balance of crispy batter to succulent fish. Paired with perfectly cooked chips and complemented by curry sauce and tartare, it was a culinary
Wonderful experience! We loved every bit. We did a bit of a side by side taste test of the cod vs haddock. IT came with all the proper fixins and everything was amazing. When we first got there and saw the whopping line around the corner we figured it was going to take forever to get sat and almost
If you go to London, at some point you’re going to want fish and chips; this is the place to go. Suggested by our cab driver, the food here was amazing and the tartar sauce was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was not good and is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars. There were very few p
I chose this place to have lunch on my birthday, being a big fan of fish and chips. A quick tip: make sure to book in advance to avoid a 30-45 minute wait in line. However, a gin & tonic helped us make the wait more enjoyable! The food was incredibly delicious, making the visit truly worthwhile. I h
Visit London only to taste the original Fish & Chip. This restaurant didn’t make me disappointed. The Michelin some years ago was totally worth. The restaurant only drawback is the portion is to big for me, but it’s ok. You should book a table before coming, otherwise you will be placed on a much le
4.5. Faultless Fish & Chips. I booked this restaurant to enjoy lunch on a day trip to London primarily as I am Gluten free and heard the Gluten free Fish and chips are fab, and they were! Portions large, not greasy at all, not salty either. Delicious. Service was great and attention to dietary r
This for me was the best fish and chips I've have ever eaten. I've had fish and chips in Brighton, Manchester, London and a few other places accross the UK and the level of quality is in a league of ots own. The batter was perfectly crispy and perfect in terms of flavour and texture. The chips were
First of all be prepared to wait on line unless you book a table ahead!!! They have the best fish and chips AND the best GLUTEN-FREE fish and chips anywhere! Don't forget to have a wonderful cider too! The manager worked harder than anyone I've seen but he is so very efficient and super friendly.
Best fish n chips in London. I absolutely enjoyed it. Best to book as you could encounter long wait lines. Great service too. It was well worth the wait.
