What an amazing place to find from a bike ride in Epping Forest. The owner has won so many awards for her food, and you can taste why!

I had a great experience coming here for breakfast on my way to volunteer at my sisters school. We were looking for a nice vegan food place thinking there wasn’t any in the area but then we found this place tucked in a corner. We were pleasantly surprised and I would 100% recommend anyone to come here. I had the avocado on toast with sundried tomatoes and it was super delicious. My sisters had vegan sausage breakfast sandwich which was also 🤌

So lucky to have a vegan gluten free spot on our doorstep. Amaazing choice and the extensive menu is always updated. Love the fresh smoothies, the carrot cake was delectable and so was the sausage roll and soup. I feel like I could try something new everytime I go! Next choice is the ice cream. Brilliant, friendly service. I can tell a lot of love goes into this business!

🌟Exceptional vegan menu!!🌟 I’ve never been to a cafe in the uk with such a ‘normalised’ selection for vegans & gluten free. The food was so tasty i forgot to take photos. The tables are heated, which i absolutely love as someone who gets cold quickly! Really happy supporting a local family business, with Amazing service! Thankyou!✨ Already reccomending to Family & friends! ☺️ And the Aesthetic is Adorable!! 🌱🌸🌼🌷

I really enjoyed my time here. I had the stew which was lovely, sausage in a bun and a matcha latte. The owners seemed really cheerful and friendly. Would definitely go back.

As a meat lover I generally don't consider going to vegan or vegetarian places but the food here is DELICIOUS! The flavours and care shown in their menu and in the food are much better than a soggy panini that you can get from any old cafe! The cakes are gorgeous and generously sized too.

EDITED . I tried the Mexican roll it was smashing. I also had the Bombay Potato slice. It was amazing. I had tried the Pasty a few days earlier but was a little disappointed at the lack of flavour. But that was my only criticism. So far, my view stands. I will be buying more food here definitely! PREVIOUS REVIEW. An absolutely delightful little cafe in a brilliantly delightful setting. Super friendly staff and delicious food. I never realised a vegan sausage roll could taste so heavenly I am fully converted. I shall definitely be avoiding Greggs and going to this beautiful little place from now on.
