It's a great choice in crowded area full of excellent cafes. But if you want a full Halal menu as per the restaurant staff members then look nowhere other than this.
Coffee was okay but cake was great

I docked one star because the service became very slow at lunch time and we had to wait for a long time as we were downstairs and tucked away out of sight.
Very nice place to have dessert or drink, it is considered expensive, however you can register to their app to get 5 pounds off. Service is good, good area and nice environment
Fantastic service, really friendly staff. Had a great experience when I booked the Festive Afternoon Tea (other than them accidentally bringing me the wrong drink but wasn't a big deal, still tasted and looked great)! Very reasonably priced for what is included. I'm a very fussy eater and I think this is the first time I've actually eaten the afternoon tea sandwich selection, instead of giving my share to my friends.

I only add, I wish the "service charge" was just added to the price of the food as its just annoying when you have to sit and do maths to work out the actual price your order will be. I'm just getting annoyed with this generally. It feels like America, where you get to thr till and they add tax so you had no idea the price in advance.
Yes, this is now the same everywhere, but that's why it's getting annoying. I preferred adding my own choice for "tips"
Good place for having coffee or tea and they have many options for dessert and for this branch they have big outdoor tables amazing view

Bright little spot that attracted our sweet tooth. Fair amount of space and seating both inside and outside. When we stopped by later in the evening, most people were still sitting outside even in the cold. There is a very nice selection of cakes, cookies, etc. and coffees teas etc. Prices seemed fair. This is a VERY pink place. Decorative pink ambiance as you will see from the pictures. No complaints about the sweets!

We stumbled upon this place today. It’s so incredibly cute! Lots of beautiful pink decor in and outside and delicious looking cakes inside. I had a pumpkin spice latte and my partner had a coffee and a danish. All really good, definitely on the pricier side but well worth it for the decor and part of town it’s in. Knocking it a star because I asked for a cake and they didn’t bring it and we waited a while. By the time we left I’m actually glad I didn’t eat it so it worked out but that’s not great service.
I had breakfast there yesterday and loved it. The cafe looks stunning and the food and drink were awesome! If you‘re looking for a place to take photos for social media and enjoy great food at, this is your place to go!
EL & N at Lowndes Steeet is the best option you can get in terms of atmosphere, drinks and food in London! The location is outstanding, with an enormous open space overlooking the square, beautifully decorated. Amazing coffee, best hot chocolate in town, super healthy salads and snacks and delicious sweets! The quality is beyond measure. But above all, the service is crazy good, very friendly, fast and always with a big smile! Abi, Sami and Nico are amazing, running the place so smoothly, although it’s very busy all day. Highly recommend it any time of the day!

I was worried because of all the bad reviews, but my friend and I had a lovely time here. We went on a sunny Sunday around 3pm without a booking and didn't have to queue to get a seat. We were served fairly quickly and once we finished, our plates were cleared up but we were not rushed to leave which was nice. I got the s'mores hot chocolate which was delicious, and she got the matcha rose iced latte which was lovely as well. I originally wanted the pistachio raspberry creme but sadly they didn't have it in stock, which was a little disappointing. But I got the mixed berry cheesecake instead and it was delicious! Better than I expected, especially after seeing all the negative reviews about their cakes. My friend's cheesecake brownie didn't really taste like cheesecake at all, it was more like a regular brownie, but it was soft and tasted really good. We were served by two different staff members and they were both very friendly and nice. Overall, I think it's a lovely cafe and based on our experience maybe a bit less busy than the other branches, so I'd recommend giving it a go!
Lovely decor. Food was tasty and the Nutella hot chocolate was divine. Pastries were also delicious (I ordered the ricotta cheesecake and strawberry tart). For the main, I ordered Turkish eggs.
Service was just okay (reason for knocking off a star). I asked for water and they brought me a bottle, which I couldn’t open and had to return (they made a face about this). I had to go to the check-out counter to pay, as the server never came back after dropping off my food.
All in all, I recommend coming here but only for a quick coffee and pastry vs. whole meal.
We are regulars to this brunch because of the people working here! They offer the best service off all! Nico the barista is awesome , he makes the best hot chocolate in the world, not to mention his Emergiser smoothie! ! Abi is the most accommodating, smiling and efficient and Sami Ahmed is the cherry on the cake, he is the sweetest, coolest, kindest, helpful, efficient server I ever met in my life! Thank you guys for making our afternoons so warm and cosy!
