I had a take out Latte with Sumatra Coffee Bean. I drink a lot of coffee and I must say, this was the best I’ve ever had. The flavour was off scale. I love the way you see all the different type of beans and they pass through a tube to make the coffee. Lovely and different interior. Will definitely go back.

I recently visited Roasting Plant Coffee and I have to say that I was blown away by the amazing variety of coffee, sandwiches, and sweets that they offer. The options were endless and it was such a treat to be able to choose from so many different flavors and blends.
Not only was the coffee selection impressive, but I was also very pleased with the quality of each drink. The coffee was freshly roasted and brewed to perfection, making for an incredibly flavorful and aromatic beverage. I could really taste the difference in the quality of the beans used and it was clear that Roasting Plant Coffee takes great pride in sourcing the best ingredients.
The sandwiches and sweets were also top-notch. I tried their signature sandwich and was impressed with the fresh ingredients and unique combination of flavors. And their pastries were absolutely delicious - I could have eaten one of everything!
What really set Roasting Plant Coffee apart for me was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee and food. They took the time to explain the different blends and made suggestions based on my preferences. It was clear that they all had a passion for what they do and were committed to providing excellent service.

Very rich and aromatic coffee. They have a nice selection of tastes and drinks. I like their cortado. Definitely best coffee I have tried during my stay in London.
Cool place to enjoy a coffee while waiting to go to the Royal Courts of Justice. Coffee delicious if a tad pricey, and funky interior.
I love the choice of coffee bean blends you can have here from different countries, I plan on trying them all. My Ethiopian latte was unfortunately very burnt in flavour which I attribute to the person making it, because I've had Ethiopian coffee beans before & they were smooth & mellow. The staff were very friendly & the toasted cheese & tomato croissant tasted fantastic. Nice atmosphere, unhurried, relaxing & good vibes.
Another easy five-star establishment! Coffee is really good with delectable food to accompany with. Best of all, you can choose the beans from the tube to take them home with you.
Nice coffee shop with plenty of seating. There’s lots of pastries and sandwiches if you want something to eat. They have a cool atmosphere inside, with lots of lighting and and large tubes where the different varieties of coffee beans are stored in. I had a smoked salmon croissant sandwich with coffee and it was tasty. The service was also good and I would recommend this place.
Delicious flat white. Spacious. Toilets great beans. They care. Food is on the expensive side but understandable due to the location of the cafe.
The rattle of the beans being pumped through the pipes..... is there a massive hailstorm in progress??? It was fascinating though!
But the coffee was good, and while there was non dairy milk options, there was no dairy free cakes or tray bakes.
Very good coffee, though the difference freshly roasted beans make was not as huge as I expected. The glass roasting machine has been very entertaining as one could see the whole process of beans turning from pale natural color to deep brown coffee we all know. We got very nice service and advice from the lady behind the counter. Overall, service was a big plus. Where it lacked is the atmosphere and the ambiance, partly due to minimalist furniture.
Have been wanting to come here for quite a while and so happy we finally made it!!! I love that you get to see the beans being roasted in front of you and just loving the beans being roasted everyday is served on the day. I was not sure what happens to the beans that did not get sold on the day but nonetheless got a lovely Mexican coffee beans which was good price and good description to showcase the farmers and favour profile as well. I also loved that they warmed up the croissant with ham and cheese as well. Will be back :)!!
Great setting and very good coffee with a wide selection of beans of different boldness. Loved the active menu projected on the wall and the industrial roasters at work in the shop. Recommend the croissants as well: huge and flavorful.

Pricey. Even for Central/City of London. But a good selection of coffee blends/origins - Mexican is my go to.
Seeing & hearing the beans cascading through the transparent pipes overhead is certainly novel & entertaining. Decent patisserie too.
I'm not a huge coffee drinker but these freshly ground babies were smooth, delicious and not bitter. Lovely place to stop in for a few and enjoy a lovely creation
First time at a ‘Roasting Plant’ cafe, despite passing the one in Holborn on a weekly basis.
I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered my flat white to be asked which bean I would like it made with (I recall about 5/6 choices in different categories - smooth, fruit etc.). I went for the Brazilian single origin and it was a very smooth flat white indeed.
Coffee shop layout is cool, with beans being roasted in store, and coffee beans making their way around the shop via the flute. Just bear it mind it does create some noise!
Definitely look forward to coming back and trying a different bean.

My new favourite coffee place. Friendly service, nice location. If you like to watch fresh coffee being roasted, sit inside. But if you prefer less environment noise, it’s very nice to sit outside too. One thing to improve: toilet seat and sink of the toilet need maintenance asap.
Great innovative place to have a coffee. You can see the whole process from roasting to the coffee in your cup. Nice, friendly staff too.
