Picholine Restaurant - London - Photo album

Definitely a hidden gem! Me and my friend walking along and don’t know what to eat before our comedy show. So glad that we spotted the subtle sign post at hercules road! The food are lovely and reasonably priced. Will go again in the near future.
First time visiting Picholine tonight after walking past a few times and I am very pleased to have discovered this hidden gem. Absolutely delicious food, clearly cooked by a chef who knows his menu inside out. Everything cooked to perfection, well seasoned and portioned to satisfy 3 hungry diners. C
We loved this place! A cosy, family run (Dad & Daughter) Mediterranean restaurant. The service was very good, she was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was tasty! Big portion, packed with flavour and the overall bill wasn't expensive. I definitely recommend this place!
Wonderful food with amazing service. I've given four stars because I want to experience an evening meal there with the full ambiance. We both had grilled haloumi cheese, orange and watercress salad to start with, then Scallops and grilled squid.. Well presented and delicious. Tudo bem!! Thank you.
We had a great meal here and can thoroughly recommend Picholine, which deserves to be much busier than it was when we visited on a Sunday. Best kept secret in Upper Holloway? Perhaps. Best Mediterranean food on/around the Holloway Road? Definitely. Everything we had was delicious, and we look forwar
Delicious food, so many options on menu it was hard to choose! The staff were lovely and service was excellent. Would definitely visit again.
Little gem in Holloway area with authentic Spanish food. Highly recommend.
I've eaten at this Mediterranean restaurant 2 Sundays in a row now and both times I found the food to be cooked and seasoned well, the service friendly and considerate. Perfect grilled fish, fresh salads, good chips and home made ice-cream and desserts - exactly the sort of food I crave in the heat
Superb local restaurant. We had the baby squid, mussels, lamb meatballs and an excellent Portuguese arroz dish to share. We went for lunch so wasn’t busy but didn’t matter as we were well looked after and the food was better than expected. We will be going back and recommending to others.
Lovely restaurant, amazing food and great people! We had some very tasty starters including Patatas bravas and the humus platter and our shared main was a beautifully cooked paella that brought back memories from Spain. Well deserved 5 stars and will be coming back for sure!
The food is amazing, you can not go wrong. I ate salt cod fritters, caldo verde, grilled squid with coriander and to finish the best blueberry tart I ever had. The service was top, the Waiter was very friendly. I will definitely comeback.
A great find! Freshly cooked, delicious Spanish dishes with lots of taste. Favourite dishes: octopus and potatoes, ham croquettes, alioli, spinach with pine nuts and chicken livers. Packed with flavour. Service was spot on. Chef was at Cigala which was on Lamb’s Conduit Street. In a side road off th
We had a delicious supper starting with salt cod fritters and grilled asparagus served with tapenade, followed by a delicious paella with a generous and tasty amount if seafood. Well worth a visit.
The food and atmosphere is divine! Grilled squid with coriander followed by octopus and new potatoes for me whilst family friends enjoyed sumptuous other offerings made for a wonderful evening!
Lovely relaxed atmosphere. We kicked the evening off with a Negroni before tasting several of the yummy starters and sharing the wonderful seafood paella. So tasty and authentic. Great value - we’ll definitely be back! This would be a lovely Restaurant to host a family gathering.
Minimal and cozy decor, great service and very tasty dishes in a lovely and secret corner of Holloway. My only (small) criticism would be that my paella didn't come with socarrat :)
This restaurant deserves to succeed. A simpler menu, and more modest surroundings, are no betrayal of Clayton Felizari's previous home Cigala in Lambs Counduit Street. Oue starting tapas dishes were just as they should be - followed by grilled mixed seafood, perfectly cooked and presented and the Pa
Hidden gem off of Holloway Road. Highly recommend! Cozy little restaurant with delicious Spanish food. The paella/arroz were the best I've had in London. And the prices and service were great. If you're in the Finsbury park/Archway area, make your way here
