Went for dinner on a Monday evening, didn’t have to wait at all 🙌🏻 service was real quick too! We had tomato broth and chicken broth as neither of us can take any spice 😅 apart from the raw ingredients/dishes we also ordered this fried bun thing that came with condensed milk 😋 highly recommend! Bit on the expensive side tho, but it’s always nice to treat yourself on a Monday 😅☺️

We enjoy Asian cuisine a lot and try different cuisines but it was our first time experiencing the "Happy Lamb Hotpot" in Bayswater, where you cook your own food by boiling it in water. We ordered meat, fish, ribeye steak, noodles, and vegetables. They brought a large pot to the center of the table, and we asked for half to be spicy and the other half to be regular. It arrived with hot broth flavored with some vegetables. All the necessary tableware and utensils were provided. Then, seafood, vegetables, thinly sliced meats, noodles, and other specially prepared ingredients were brought to the side of the table. Those who wanted cooked their desired ingredients in either the spicy or regular broth. The meats cooked in just 10-15 seconds because the broth was very hot. Mussels and shrimp cooked in 1-2 minutes. There was no chicken option, but the meats were quite tasty. I really enjoyed the vegetables. It was a lot of fun for the kids; it took some time to find the mussels in the broth. It was entertaining and amusing to see what people put in and took out of the boiling broth. The service was delicious, clean, and fast. I definitely recommend it for a different and enjoyable evening meal. I would suggest it more for entertainment rather than simply satisfying hunger.

This is now my favourite hot pot in London. We are a group of 5 people, the dining environment is bright, clean and relaxed. Staff is friendly and professional, very attentive. The food is fresh and tastes really good, plenty of options from vegetables to seafood. We celebrated a friend’s birthday here, the staff helped us to prepare the cake and even gave my friend a little surprise gift - it’s a lovely dinner for us all and we would return for sure 😊

One of the newer hot pot places in London. It’s very modern and offers a great hot pot option in town. You can choose up to three soup bases. The tomato was very tasty and the original also very good. The lamb and beef were great and seafood also very good. No pork options here. Portions were decent and affordable. The bathroom is shared and even had hair tie and mouth wash. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, topped up soup bases with the correct ones etc. Others were ok (never got the tap water and topped up tomato with original soup base). Overall a good place!

Excellent hot pot experience, there are so many permutations of options available. Personal favourites include the coconut pudding, spring onion pancake and the beef slices. An additional star has been awarded for the generous portion of kimchi as photographed!

Nice place for a hotpot, especially on a cold rainy evening. Service was good; they’ll fill up the broth for you if it’s running low as well as turning up/down the cooker. The spicy broth was really nice, though a tad bit too spicy for me but, they have an option to choose whether you want it less spicy or more spicy! The chicken marrow broth was my favourite. All the meat & vegetable was tasty enough to have on its own without any sort of sauces! The spring onion pancake was my favourite out of everything we ordered! We were told there was a time limit of 1hr 30mins but the staff didn’t tell us to leave or anything and we stayed over the time limit!

Fresh food, fast, efficient service. Really welcoming staff! Loved the skewers too, much better quality and freshness than Haidilao! The potato noodles also a must order in my opinion.

Fancy looking venue, really nice selections and presentable ingredients. Service wasn’t too great as when it gets hectic it seems difficult to get hold of a staff. Soup base was nice but could be better if they were less salty. Overall still a decent hotpot restaurant to visit with friends and family in London.

The food was amazing over here. I really enjoyed it. Even the ice cream was delicious. I had the chicken marrow broth and medium spicy one both were delicious. But don't underestimate the spicy level. They put lots of chilli in spicy broth. The beef and lamb platter portion was enough. The mushroom platter was decent. The seafood platter was decent but a bit of a hassle for cooking and eating. Price was decent. Not cheap also not expensive. Atmosphere was nice. The toilets were clean. Their service was quick and nice. But they can improve it. Because I felt like I wasn't welcome there or they were annoyed to serve me. Maybe because I went there during rush time.

Amazing hotpot and the best I've had in UK so far. Great location and an amazing place for lunch or dinner. We tried their mild and medium spicy hotpot soups and both were very delicious. The mild one was particularly tasty unlike other places and my son also enjoyed it.

First time dining with them, went there for dinner @ 7pm slot on a weekday. Love the ambience, the service, the attentiveness, the quality of the food. Told the reception it's our first time, and she was good at her job, explained to me briefly and swiftly what's their specialty and must try. And indeed we are very satisfy with all the dishes that we had ordered that night. Their rice cake with brown sugar sauce is my fav of all. Must try!!! Total damage that night was around £80 for 2 pax. Would definitely return.

Great selection and beautifully presented hot pot options. Been here three times already and everytime it is super delicious. They also have great vegetarian/vegan options (beancurd rolls, etc) It's above and beyond this place. So fun and great to eat with friends.

The food and experience 10/10. Would like to give a special appreciation for Ming. He was amazing, so kind and cracking incredibly funny jokes about how I had accidentally booked a table for the wrong day (silly me), Ming really made our night!, He had given the best advice in regards to what to order and portion size. Myself and my partner left very full and satisfied with everything we tried! Definitely recommend the spicy broth as it adds such a beautiful flavour to the meats & seafood. Massive thanks again to Ming, you deserve a raise!

My go to Hotpot place in London. Their spicy cabbage broth is my favorite and I find it better than the other hotpot restaurants I've tried in London. When we're there with the kids, it can get very chaotic but their staff has been very patient with us. Something I truly appreciate. Their lamb skewers are quite good as well. I visit once every couple of months but I have some friends who visit almost every week. The food is great and a really good value for money.

Well well well, It seems we have a worthy competitor to HaiDiLao. The happy lamb hotpot was a venue I was once again invited to by my delightful colleague. This Time around there was no fancy high tech table or ordering gizmo, there were no thingamebobs or knick knacks or kibbles and bits before you sat down. Just good, nay I will go sp far as to say great hot pot. I have a vague idea of what I was eating, as my colleague ordered, but it was all good eating none the less. 1st There were fishes and chickens swiftly followed by pig, cow and lamb. So many animals went into that pot, and they were all delicious. And yes, there were veggies too. The fish cake with the fish eggs were a particular highlight for me. And they also had the fried rice cake thing that I am obsessed with. Sorry, I really didn't get any names. Too busy eating. I recommend, go for a mix of different items, as the choice here are all great. you can't go wrong with either soup base as they are both quite different, the spicy has a wonderful kick, not overpowering. And the other was quite the opposite, the compliment each other nicely. In conclusion, the staff were really nice, the place was clean, the food was beautifully fresh and well presented, and I consumed a veritable menagerie of delicious creatures. For if God did not want us to eat animals, then why did he make them out of meat?
