Great selection for dinner on a busy Friday night; I didn't have reservations but they were very accommodating, and I was seated promptly. My starter, the Caprese, fresh Roma tomatoes and a perfect size for 1 person. My main dish was the Ravioli di Ricotta e Zucca, what a great choice, pasta perfectly cooked al dente, savory with perfectly balanced flavors. To close my dining experience I chose the Crostata di Ciocolato, Arancel, e Nocciole, served luke warm, every bite had a slight hint of orange flavor!!...Yummy. Service was very attentive and cordial, I will definitely return. ×××××××××××××××××××× I visited this place a second time I was disappointed that menu changed. This time I ordered the same Caprese Salad. For main course the Spaghetti Carbonara, it was ok, not well balanced flavors. For dessert I ordered the Apple tart, it was good.

It’s rather interesting that although I haven’t been to Spaghetti House in over twelve years, the quality of care is still present and as good as ever. The restaurant I am referring to, out of their ten establishments spread across London, is the one opposite Carnaby Street. It has an amazing buzz within which is a pretty good reason to visit if for nothing else. Their warm welcome is accompanied by smiling faces and a front of house staff who give you the feeling that this attitude is a life choice rather than a job. Manuel was an excellent host and welcomed both myself and my service dog as if this was nothing out of the ordinary. It was especially gratifying to walk into a restaurant and not have to explain the purpose of my dog. The food was excellent and still tastes just as good as when I first ate there. There is something wonderful about a dish that is bursting with flavour and it took me back to the days when I was on secondment in Naples when I was being cooked delicious meals by my host family. All in all it is actually a pleasure to be able to recommend this restaurant. For the price, the experience is a worthwhile one. I will be going back again, much sooner this time !!

I had the wonderful experience to speak to the manager and ask for his recommendation of what to order. He answered my questions and even gave me some good recommendations on what to have beside the pasta dish. I came here during peak hour when I ordered but I was delighted by the service. I want to thank the manager for allowing me such a nice experience and I hope Fortuna will be with you. Round 2 was this wonderful sea food dish I had a few days after as I am writing this. Why is it so sloppy you may ask? Look, I am going to be unfortunately honest with you, there was nothing I could do... That dish was just asking to be taken.

I had a lovely experience today, enjoyed a delicious bowl of Spaghetti Bolognese for an early dinner. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and the food was great quality and came out so fast.

We went here a couple of times, the first time was a discovery that let us amazed from the menu. Some of the staff is rude, don’t pay attention to the clients, and although I don’t except a 5 star treatment, the minimum of decency to greet you at the entrance and being kind in the hospitality is a must. Not saying that they don’t accept reservations, so we had to walk in with the hope to find a table. The first day I went there, one asiatic lady stopped to take menu away from us in a super rude way, very upset, like we did something wrong… Except the customer service that would need a huge improvement, luckily other member of staff are super nice, it’s kind of being lucky of who you find that day… The food is simply a joy for the mouth! Is definitely worth it to go there for the food. I’ve tried few types of pastas, all of them delicious..: we felt like in heaven. We just would have appreciated some dishes a bit more generous with the portions: some dishes like spaghetti e tagliatelle are richer than ravioli and cacio e Pepe pasta were almost half of the spaghetti. The desserts are fantastic! Special must the tentazione al cioccolato e pistacchio’s dessert! I really hope the chef will introduce the panna cotta maybe different flavours, even in the normal menu and not only on the set menu! Me and all my friends love that! I want to take a moment to compliment the chef, simply amazing! I’ve tried the burro e salvia chestnut ravioli filled of pumpkin. Omg such simple but sophisticated combination that takes this restaurant to an other level. Considering I have to pay for the service charge the way they treat you Is unbelievable that even at McDonald’s are nicer to you… Where service charge is applied, the manners and cordiality and being nice with guests I think should be the bare minimum. Staff and people already get paid for doing their job, if an extra service charge applies, even the level of customer service should increased. The second time we went, tonight a waiter was amazing with us, super friendly and nice, helpful and kind. He also offered us a slice of cake to let us try his suggestions! And allowed us to stay a little longer after we paid our bills. If service was more polite and the portions just a slightly more generous I would have give 5 stars Recommend!

My first time at Spaghetti House, Carnaby Street. The food was delicious- cooked to perfection. Portions were a good size and variety of options were great. (I don’t have dietary restrictions). The place was really busy but everything came in perfect timing and was piping hot! Attention paid to presentation also. Good prices and amazing service. Thank you for a wonder experience!

Our order of the Spaghetti & Polpettine was phenomenal. The meatballs were juicy and the sauce was simply perfect. The right amount of tang and sweetness from the San Marzano tomatoes. Excellent dish!

A lovely restaurant very nice pasta with a home cooked taste well worth a visit the garlic bread was very nice too drizzled in olive oil and pieces of garlic very rustic.l recommend the red sangiovese wine if you like a light bodied wine. Nice and fruity. And very drinkable. The creme caramel dessert is so good also served cold it's a bit like a blanaunge with a drizzle of caramel on it .well with a try and a nice light dessert .the tiramisu is also worth tasting l tried this on my second visit to this restaurant. It's a bit heavier than the creme caramel but very light for a tiramisu .you can taste the coffee liqueur.

Great location, amazing pasta. Very hood quality. It’s my second time here and I will definitely come back. One suggestion though, if a ball of parmesan would be left on the table when pasta is served, it would be great. My kid eats lots of parmesan with the past and a little beit of topping was not enough.

Great food, great staff and great atmosphere. When I was there the weather was dry but as I was getting ready to leave it started pouring it down with rain. The staff let my family and the rest stay indoors until the rain stopped and where happy to talk to us

Most satisfied. I had a Pizza Margherita and a hot drink and they were delicious. The service was excellent, despite the restaurant being very busy. Staff were very good, and so was the ambience. The price was most reasonable for London. And a call-out to the staff member Manuel - gracias, grazie and thanks!
