Corn bread was delicious, the artichokes simply gorgeous. Rump and bavette cuts were out of this world and cooked perfectly well! Thank you!

Bold and interesting flavours at great prices. Corn bread with lamb fat was sublime (albeit surely not for everyone’s palate- my mom found the lamb taste a little overwhelming). The steak is unique, slightly on the chewy side but not at all dry- the tint of israeli spices on top of it and personally loved the smokey finish! Personally found the casbah to be a little oily. But again very interesting choice of flavours. would recommend coming to try it out:) Lovely presentation and ambience, could be a great place to host a casual dinner at.

As Meat is not Halal I ordered Kettle which is whole sea bream and Shrimpim and Cheeesy I was not disappointed for me after a long time. I had fish that I really enjoyed It was beautifully cooked moist fish. Shrimps were also very nice.

What a place yo dine.. blew me away especially the sharing menu that just kept giving on flavour and variation. The parcel filled with pulled beef has to be a signature special. Then the buttery, best cured rib eye we've eaten. Lets just say you wont get better i guarantee. Round of appluause and a bow

Great place for a nice steak! The fusion was really interesting in terms of flavours, we looooved the cauliflower appetiser, the cornbread and the fries! But the best thing was the steak which was perfectly medium rare, nice char and just overall delicious! Definitely recommend!

A must! Excellent restaurant, delicious food. Everything on the menu is so unique, you won't taste something like it anywhere else. If you're in London don't miss it.

Made a very last minute on the day booking for a birthday lunch and the staff could not have been friendlier. Service was great and they really helped to make it a special occasion and helping us with the cake I brought. They gave good advice on how many dishes to order (as starters are quite small) -would particularly recommend the cauliflower dish and cornbread. The steak was cooked beautifully. Price is high but worth it for a special occasion.

The onglet steak is recommended, very tender even though it has little fat. The quince dessert with orange blossom ice cream is great as well.

Great in place in a new food market at Camden. It's across the street from the old one on the same side of the canal (north bank). This place is on the first floor right after you go up the stairs. Great higher end middle eastern food with a twist, nice variety of creative starters and side, and great steaks for mains. Highly recommended, also great cocktails!

Extremely impressed with the experience. I took my mother for lunch today and the food was not only delicious but brilliantly presented. The cook is visible from the counter where we sat and took the time for eye contact and a casual smile. The other cook, whom I believe might be the owner came and explained the dishes to the point of telling us how to best enjoy the artichoke. The barman, or the guy behind the counter whom could speak French, was absolutely lovely and personable. He realised I was struggling with my phone screen being dirty and offered to clean it for me!!! That’s more than a luxury hotel would offer as a level of service! And even the waiter was discreet and had a great smile. The atmosphere was great enjoying the culinary experience that other clients ordered such as the rosemary-smoked meat!! I will take all my visiting friends and family here!!!

Overall a pretty delicious and unique steak experience, individual reviews below: Fries with harissa: 5/5 Absolutely delicious, just the perfect ratio of crunchy in the texture and the perfect amount of seasoning/spice used, loved them Onglet Steak: 4/5 It’s a very delicious and tasty steak, with a very generous portion that will certainly fill you up. As described on the menu this cut is has a fibrous texture to it, which is true, which I didn’t enjoy too much but overall the taste and tenderness and quality earned it a 4/5. Experience (fire on the plate): 5/5 Extremely cool and unique, plus you get to dip your steak in the ash afterwards, super cool Service and staff: 5/5 I interacted with 3 members of staff including the chef, all were extremely polite and friendly, and I was given a very good brief of what the concept is and how the portions are I visited on the afternoon of Tuesday the 4th oct

A unique dining experience start to finish. The staff are friendly. The food is divine. I am excited to try every item on the menu. So far the corn bread, Casbah and Wings of Change have raised the bar for other restaurants in the area. Truly unique in its menu and staff. They lift my spirits. True food for the soul. So delicious!! So healthy I can eat there everyday. Even healthy to my pocket book!!

I had the pleasure of eating one of the best meals in forever at the Black Cow. And meeting the incredible chef Shiri Kraus. The fullness of the flavours, the richness of the aromas… a full experience of the senses. I recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience great food, service and atmosphere. Only I have to insist you take your time to enjoy it. It’ll be worth it! I wish I could give it more stars.

Absolutely best steak I have had in my life! I have never eaten anything similar. It felt as if new unexplored areas in my brain were suddenly discovered and stimulated. The steak was medium rare, extraordinarily flavoured and served with flaming rosemary. The chips were amazing too. I usually dislike chips but these were with peel, crispy… Their coctails are flavourful too, just exactly balanced. I had one where hibiscus blossoms gave a lovely pink hue to the drink. The place is a bit hidden, you must take the stairs to the second floor and walk a bit further… We were looking for a place to eat on a Wednesday evening and the whole district was quite empty and most of places already closed. If three women were not taking these stairs we would have never found it. It was surprising to find such an excuisite place in a street food court next to fast food stalls. The steaks itself cost ca 100£ piece and the food is of different class. Had such a good time there, highly reccommend!

Great lunch spot! I'm sure dinner is even better, Amazing food and friendly service, the corn bread is a must, the cauliflower is rich and full of flavour, and the steak was made perfectly, highly recommended with friends, for a date or like myself, with a cocktail on your own.
