Best tortellini in town!
This restaurant is a gem in the heart of Soho. The location is the only downside as the restaurant is split over 2 floors and is pretty small sized. I would recommend moving into a larger place. Also being closed on Mondays is not an issue but Sundays closing is unacceptable.
The quality of food is unmatched, I couldn't find a restaurant offering better Italian food than this one, not even places with Michelin Star(s). Wine selection is a bit limited, but ok considering the size of the restaurant.
This is a real traditional Italian restaurant, owned and managed by the family, the entire team is Italian and focused on delivering a great experience to customers.
Strong recommendation for whoever is looking for a traditional and high quality Italian restaurant. You should definitely try the "Tortellini San Petronio"
Food was really delicious and staff were friendly and efficient. I like that the menu is not overwhelming and overcomplicated. The ambiance could get a bit noisy and tables are a bit small but otherwise very nice place to eat good Italian pasta. 🤌🤌🤌
Fadiga is an amazing, intimate, Italian restaurant. Their menu is fairly small, with appetizers, pasta, and desserts- with lots of pork or truffle based options. The quality of the food is top notch, with generous servings of truffle shavings and bites full of flavor. A selection of more niche pasta types gives the menu some intrigue.
Wine is on the pricier side, going at about 40-50£ for a bottle. Individual dishes are more fairly priced at about 20£. Desserts are great and a must have.
Service was good throughout, and the atmosphere was perfect. The small restaurant had about 6 or 7 tables, each full and allowing for conversation to easily flow. I would definitely come back!
We both had a very nice home made pasta, it was very delicious. The service was very good, the chef was a very kind man and cared about the experience from the clients! We really enjoyed it!!
Authentic regional Italian, good tenerina cake dessert. Pricing is a bit weird: a main course with truffle costs £24, whereas you can get meatballs as starter for £18. Switching to half portions or a tapas menu would be more profitable and ideal to try 2-3 plates per person.
Being a popular tiny restaurant, meals won't be long, up to 1 hr; walk-ins accepted but you should make a reservation to avoid disappointment.
One of the best bolognese restaurants I have been to. I visited Fadiga more than once. They have a wide selection of different pastas to choose from. Pasta is always well cooked and fresh. Staff is always nice.
After 3 bottles of Valpolicella and the divine pasta I was in heaven. A must, must dining venue! Thank you chef for your off the menu suggestion of divine tortelloni. I will be back.
One of the best Italian restaurants in the area! The food is wonderful and very delicious. Nice vibe, lovely staff and great service.
I will be definitely going there again
This is really surprising me! Highly recommended for anyone who is interested in pasta and strawberries 🍓🤍
Four of us ordered 3 pasta to share 1 antipasti and 3 desserts 🍨 and they are all very good!
The restaurant is not very big and you may seat a bit closer to other’s customers but it is totally fine. People who’s work in there are very friendly and helpful. If you have no idea what you’re going to order I recommend you can ask them and they will willing to introduce to you.

My favorite Italian place in London! We got the truffle pasta and squid ink pasta. Both are very good. The strawberry tiramisu is also very unique. Ambiance is elegant and cute.
We heard the pasta at Fadiga is super nice, so came over to try out,
Tiny but cute restaurant with not so many tables. It was popular (but not super busy) on a Friday afternoon/evening.
Ordered both the Ragu and the Squid ink seafood pasta. Pasta are among the top five that I have tried out in the UK. Seafood are especially fresh and tasty, you can feel the”family run” style from the dishes. Tried out a traditional Italian dessert too(forgot about the name but this is in the description). It had many layers therefore was full of flavours. The chef came up and introduced the ingredients in there too.
2 pasta dishes and 1 dessert came to around £51.
Hidden, cozy, authentic and delicious.
One thing to mention is that their online booking system required us £20pp booking fee upon reservation. It wasn’t explained well if that fee will be deducted from the final bill(it was at the end!), or if we will be charged if we choose to cancel the reservation. Sent an Instagrams message as well as an email request to get it clarified but heard no response. Hope Fadiga can improve on their reservation process.
This is the second time myself and my Partner have eaten in Fadiga Ristorante and again, it didn’t disappoint.
Extremely delicious food coupled with excellent service. This is a definite 10/10
Had dinner with friends and we were both enjoyed our pasta. Staffs were really friendly and I loved the pasta she recommended to me.
The restaurant only has few tables so better book it before you go.
I have not been back in this place for a long time. I managed to come today, despite of the driver strikes affecting my journey. This place keeps getting bette and better, and the warmth and the service given by the owners Michela, ( the eagled eye owner responsible for the smooth and slick operation in the dining area) and Enrico ( her husband and executive Chef ) is second to none. Now the food : I decided to skip the starters as I was in the mood for pasta. I had the squid ink spaghetti ( pasta here is fresh and homemade in front of your very eyes in case you are lucky enough to get a table downstairs) with seafood, a master class in bringing the flavours of the sea to your table, so rich and satisfying, packed with so much seafood that is typical of the generosity this family-run restaurant is famous for. Delicious . Next I ordered the passatelli with truffle and Parmesan fondue . The truffle is shaved very generously on top of one of the creamiest 24 months aged Parmesan fondue. Heavenly ! I finished with the Strawberry and champagne tiramisu and a small selection of mini classic tiramisu portion and their version of mini brownies accompanied with a Marsala sweet dip. The wine was a gorgeous white ribolla by Bastianich and to finish it all off I was offered a Passito di Pantelleria, one of the best sweet wines. This place, apart from serving fantastic food, has an incredible consistency, with each dish coming out they seem to be able to keep such a high standard and a constant flavourful experience, that it is impossible to achieve. But they do that every single time, and they never fail to produce anything that is less than magnificent. If you feel your day is going badly, go there. You will feel like you entered in the home of a grandma that gives you a warm embrace and feeds you your favourite dishes. The only difference is that Fadiga is better!
We dined here tonight, had their signature salad, focaccia bread, ravioli and tagliatelle pasta. The staff is amazingly attentive and alert to your wishes. I can’t highly recommend this cosy place enough.
6 out of 5 stars, if I only could!
I’ve been there tonight and I wasn’t expecting much since I’ve been to Bologna in December and I’ve hit a good chunk of restaurants there.
Tagliatelle were truly spectacular, perhaps one of the best ragù sauce I’ve ever had and also the pasta tasted delicious.
Tortellini with Parmesan cream were also pretty good, that was the choice of my partner. The taste of the past was delicious and I found the sauce pretty balanced as the cream was not over the top (some restaurants overkill the dish with too much Parmesan).
The other surprise was the dessert- zuppa inglese was really flavourful.
Tagliere of salumi is always a certainty when it comes to Emilia-Romagna.
Lastly, staff is really nice and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Superb atmosphere with a very warm welcome. Our recent visit followed on from a trip to Milan - the squid ink pasta with seafood is better at Fadiga!
The pasta was amazing! Very friendly staffs and nice cozy family run little restaurant! We will definitely go back!!
