Stopped off at Bao for a spot of lunch with a friend. The service was excellent with the menu well explained. The Bao was as light as a cloud and the short rib equally as soft. Absolutely delicious food, not a huge menu but a lot of variety between dishes. The maple fries are HEAVENLY. Busy but lends to the atmosphere, picked this location as it had more tables rather that the bar seats which seem more common at other locations. Staff were all very lovely and helpful.

Absolutely lovely place, with classic Taiwanese burger, and amazingly comfy decoration. Dining in here was overall a great experience. We hadn't booked a table as we only decided to go in after walking past it yet we were able to be seated by the window.
