The food and coffee is all priced fairly and the staff here are very professional and friendly, they create a good atmosphere.
One great thing is the artwork inside the shop, they have quirky things from some cartoon characters painted on the walls to Lego in the walls!
Great sit down area inside too!
Just across the road from Victoria Coach station, would recommend to anyone travelling from there!
Great service! Everyone is really nice there. I had a wonderful afternoon with these fresh food and ice tea. The environment is also neat and clean. Good vibe for chatting and working.
Stopped by for some quick eats prior to tour. Coffee, cappuccinos, bagels, sandwiches, and smoothies. Nice convenient place when you're on the move. Non-contact ording, the kiosk will take your orders and payment. Mid-size seating area that fits about 25 people.
I am a coach driver and I always come here for a drink on my break time. The service is always 10/10 the staff are helpful and have a welcome and friendly approach. The drinks here are top quality been to other places such as costa and Starbucks and I feel I need to drink my coffee quicker as the drink isn’t hot whereas here they get it spot on!
Nice coffee, cosy interior however there's no option to pay in cash.
Visited this coffee shop today after the travelling on the coach, located just opposite the coach station. Very friendly staff this morning, thanks to Connie, Alberto and Steph for making me feel welcome and making me a great drink!

It's an easy to access coffee specialist. They do have some strong and tasty coffee and the staff are very nice here. They remember what I like and know how to do it each time which is why I keep coming back. Right next to the coach station which I use frequently and they have a good range of food and drinks. It's an easy choice for the location and that's here. They have charging points for laptops and mobiles. Good toilet and good seats which are clean. Its a highlight before I have to take the coach. I'm sure you will enjoy it here as well.

coffee from black sheep is always good! the flat white is always full-bodied. this is the perfect spot to spend time at if you’re waiting for your coach as it’s literally across the station. the cafe has big windows so it’s nicely bright inside. use the app to collect points :) wifi was not bad, fast enough to get some work done

The barista Fiona was so helpful.
She made me a delicious double size flat white for my travel mug and made me feel very welcome.
If I’m in the area again I’ll be back.
Black Sheep are by a long distance the best coffee shop chain.
Rates are a bit on the higher side but you can pay for the ambience. We have to self order in the kiosk and you can only pay by card. No cash accepted.I ordered coffee and a breakfast wrap, the taste was good but the rates are higher. The delivery of the order is really quick.This will be a perfect place to halt for hours in such a busy place like victoria.
Overall a good experience. Recommended for singles, with family and friends

This place is just wonderful. The decor is unusual, but attractive and comfortable. There is also outdoor seating. I only had the carrot cake, but it was a generous portion. The staff are excellent, as is the location. It is the perfect place to pass some time if you're early for your departure from Victoria Coach Station across the street.

Black sheep Coffee was recommended to me by one of their staff( a lady )who works in their old street branch in London but never got the chance to go there and try it because of parking restrictions .
After seeing the one on Elizabeth street at Victoria coach station , i decided to give it a go and guess what ? i love it. the flavour is just on another level for me.
Also, the staff are super nice and welcoming.
Another thing that is exceptional about them , is the digital screen that you’re welcome with to place your order when you walk in.
I recommend to try Black Sheep Coffee and you won’t regret it at all.
Lovely coffee shop with nice street art sprayed on the walls. All the usual coffees and soft drinks..shakes and snacks..yet with an unusually different ambience.
Seating is well spaced and not at all cramped or crowded.
Cool and casual staff too.
