I had a meeting there. The atmosphere was great and the tea I had was one of the best teas I have tried. The decorations are warm and the staff were very friendly too. The only downside was the sofa that we were seating seemed to be well-used that there was no support when you sit on it. I tried to put a few cushions under me but my back was still hurting after 30 minutes.

My friend and I came to try the Lunar New Year themed afternoon tea, and we had a great time. We were seated in front of one of the fires, and we found the atmosphere and chairs incredibly comfortable. Both of us enjoyed the food and the presentation of everything, especially the little cakes at the end - they were gorgeous! The staff were friendly and didn't rush us (or any other tables) to hurry up and finish each part of the afternoon tea.

Anna Maria gave us excellent service. She explained every dish so well. All food was prepared to the highest standard and very tasty. Definitely, we will visit this place again.

Great service and tasty bites. A very leisurely afternoon tea (about 2 hours) with courteous service and helpful explanations for each course. We had a reservation and were seated as soon as we arrived. The pastry course was my favorite (the Lounge was still offering its Lunar New Year menu in March 2023) and the lychee entremet was so tasty. We also requested another serving of the the kaya toast and lobster bao because they were so good.

One of the best afternoon teas I have been too! The Asian inspired menu was delicious and they catered superbly for vegetarians. Service was top class and even with our 10 month old little person who came with us. A special mention to Daniel and Sandra, thank you for your friendly welcome and service. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and definitely be back for cocktails and afternoon tea.

A different kind of afternoon tea where it's a Chinese New year inspired. Every mouthful and morsel of the food put infront of us are stunningly delicious. There's a burst of flavour in every cakes and sandwiches and my group are all raving about it. 100% recommended it.

We had a reservation but we showed up early. They told us to wait for 20 minutes and they will accommodate us. The table was lovely. They had wonderful selection of teas, and bubbly. We ordered the famous sweets. It was delightful. They treated the kids with cotton candy as well. The experience was great. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful interior and wonderfully plated afternoon tea. The food looked better than it tasted though. We tried the kopi tiam which was an Asian inspired afternoon tea. I thought the dumplings and steamed bun was a bit lackluster. I enjoyed the cakes though. The tea was fine but honestly didn’t stand out.

We enjoyed the Singaporean inspired, Kopi Tiam afternoon tea at the Orchid Lounge in Pan Pacific London. Talk about bao, dim sum and choux with a mix on their latest feature, the Superbloom Afternoon Tea. It's a unique flair of Asian flavours to the traditional British afternoon tea by the awesome Chef Cherish Finden. I couldn't agree more why it was tagged as one of the best places to have afternoon tea in London! We had one of the best afternoon tea experiences and the blast of flavours were just amazing. The teas we had were also so delicate and lovely. I would definitely love to go back!

If I could give more stars, I would. We booked for the afternoon tea, Chinese New Year experience for my mothers 60th birthday and was not left disappointed. The service was excellent, no rushing to get you in and out. We were able to enjoy and appreciate each part of the meal.

Went for afternoon tea as a treat after my wife's graduation ceremony at the Barbican. What wonderful food and service! An amazing selection of beautiful tastes and sights starting with a tangy amuse bouche that appeared to be a raw egg but was actually a mango puree in a lime syrup, followed by sandwiches, scones with a coconut jam (who knew you could make jam from coconuts?!) and then a selection of four beautiful cakes that looked amazing and which tasted divine. What else could you expect from Cherish Finden, judge on Bake Off, The Professionals? Very attentive but not oppressive service. Only one criticism - the sofa was too low and the table difficult to get your feet under but that was just a very minor gripe about a really memorable occasion.

Quite the Afternoon Tea experience at this Singaporean hotel. We went for the Asian choice for a change and enjoyed the twist on this classic indulgence. Definitely one for a special occasion!
