It’s amazing place and so polite professional and so beautiful staff name Hafsa who served me most of the time and make me come back all the time. I live in gravesend but I always come here for chai. Honestly, the best milkshake place in London. Good services from the customers and affordable prices and more importantly the products are very delicious. I would recommend the lotus biscoff for anyone that wants to try the milkshakes.
Great variety in drinks, to many flavours and types to choose from. It's a cute business with charm and a personal touch to it - definitely recommend! Also good if you're lookng for reasonable prices . staff are friendly and welcoming - always up for a chat. Watch out Chatime boba is in town...
I always get taro & classic bubble tea and they do the best ones in plumstead/woolwich area. Also, staffs are lovely, helpful and friendly!!

I've been ordering their drinks & desserts for months now. Here's a review of some of my faves:
1. Strawberry tea + lychee jelly + passion fruit popping boba - this is amazing. OmG the first time I had this I told my friend that it was the best cold drink I've ever tasted. No other drink has change
This establishment has some of the best bubble tea you can get. I went for the brown sugar and it did not disappoint! Really friendly staff and the service with a smile was really appreciated. Shout out to Mr Mia who made my visit one to remember.
Great drinks and very pleasant customer service! There are also quite a lot of vegetarian options which is very helpful. They also give you the option of adding extra ice/tapioca - very nice-. The cakes are also very delicous and my younger brother loved the chocolate fudge cake. I am a regular cost

Bubble tea is good but if it’s even moderately busy you’ll be waiting 20+ mins for your order, slow service.
