Updated the branch by a refurbish. Prime location on the lower level just by the Stratford station area, M&S. Very nice and friendly staff. Always busy.

This branch of Starbucks was nice, so many staff behind the counter, but it took an age to get 2 hot chocolates. Don't know why there were so many staff but it appeared only 2 people were making the orders. There were 8 people waiting for orders including us, if you are in a hurry check out how many people waiting before you place your order.

Nice atmosphere, but I'd prefer to be somewhere quieter. I went to meet old colleagues for a catch up, and I had to sit almost back to back with the lady on the next table. It was too loud and busy for my taste. Otherwise nice staff and delicious coffees.

It's been redecorating recently and looks more open plan. I enjoyed having coffee here now after shopping before taking my train home.

This is my usual Starbucks as I work in Westfield and I can't think of one time the branch has let me down. My go-to beverage is a Matcha latte and the consistency here is truly something to be recognised, always the perfect ratio of Matcha powder to milk. One never overpowers the other which is exactly what I look for in Matcha related drinks.

Ordered two White Chocolate Mocha coffees, both with cream and one with caramel drizzle. I scanned my Starbucks rewards card via the app, only to find out later that it hadn't even scanned, even though the person serving us had said it had scanned. The coffees took forever to be made, it was only a good job we weren't in a rush. There was barely any seats available, we visited at roughly 9/9.15am. One coffee was made to a very nice standard and one was very bitter, after tasting the nicer one I was disappointed that the other was not to the same standard. The background music was quite loud and I found it hard to hear my partner talking to me. The seats were strange and looked like you should lay back in them, not the best type of chairs for social chatting. The prices are what they are for Starbucks. The actual coffee shop was nice and clean and in an extremely easy spot to find. It has a wheelchair accessible doorway and there would be room to get around inside, but not easily. There were sockets to plug phones/ laptops into near the tables which was a nice touch. Once we had sat down a queue formed, but it seemed to lack direction, no-one had a clear place to stand and soon there were people queuing for a drink and some waiting and you couldn't tell which ones were waiting for what. What space was in there to start with quickly evaporated and it started to feel a little claustrophobic.

My favourite spot in all of Cork. The staff are nice, I love my egg omelette in the morning with a cup of cappuccino.

Crew were kind, quick. Liked the look of the building and surroundings. Is a good place to chill after a walk through Camden Market.
