Loved thr food and service. But a bit quite in there not sure why. If you want a good burger, chips and drink without all the fuss get over there. They are not shy about the portions and fill your drink up properly.
Went on a Wednesday around 2pm for a late lunch. Wasn't busy at all but got busier as we left.
Place is clean and tidy. Girl at counter was nice and friendly. Ordered 2 kids meals and 2 large burger meals. Portion sizes were great and had plenty of sauces to pick from.
Honestly this was a great Halal version of McDonald's.
Happy with food and service so will recommend.
I visited burger base during my lunch break and I was served by the lovely Zoya who recommended the Big Base Burger and chicken blazer fries. The food was okay but the service is what will make me give this place another shot. Overall fast service and very friendly. food could be better

First time popped into Ilford Lane branch, was surprised the pricing was decent and they had a good range on their menu. Loved the loaded fries and the Burgers was delicious. Not your usual chip shop or dixy, much better and tasty. My kids loved their meals. Really liked the fact they had kinder eggs inside their box which is always a bonus for Children. The little children corner is cute too. The staff was lovely and friendly. Thank you to Zoya, Waleed & Nida for a great service and I will be going there often with the kids.
The place was nice and clean 5 star on hygiene. I notice these things so for me that was great to see the place all clean.

On my first ever visit to this restaurant I must say I'm very, very impressed. If you're looking for new and affordable taste experiences then look no further. This new franchise is perfect. Picture McDonald's, Burger king and KFC having a baby... This restaurant "Burger Base" is that lovechild indeed. For me what trumps all the other big three eatery's is that this place is fully 100% halal too. No more guilt at having a whopper or bigmac for example. Only three minor little issues I noticed,
1.) The amount of time it takes the kitchen staff to prepare even a simple order like the meaty fries that I couldn't resist trying after my main order of a mega base burger meal. The meaty fries were spot on, as was everything except
2.) The burger bun was a bit dry and not even toasted. From reading other reviews of this place I'm guessing that they do not toast their buns at all here. I hope that changes in future as would really make such a big difference in the overall experience.
3.) The ceiling being quite low means that the lampshades are definitely not designed for someone as tall as myself (5'11") I bumped my head at least 4 times on the low hanging accident waiting to happen 🤣🤣🤣 they also don't offer table service but shout out your numbers of your table orders clear across the restaurant perhaps a different approach like handing out table numbers similar to McDonald's and bringing your food to your table would make a big difference here too.
Overall however I do highly recommend this place. After only one visit it has shot itself into my top 5 places to eat already!

Today I was visited burgerbase and I ordered a Big Base Burger Meal. On walking into the restaurant I was greeted by a lovely clean and COVID safe place and very helpful friendly and attentive staff. I was served promptly and got my food very quickly too and it was freshly made whilst there and piping hot and was absolutely delicious, the sauce used in it was so yummy and the bun was so soft and fresh to bite into and the patties both cooked to perfection. The sauce really complimented the whole burger so well only downside was I could’ve eaten another 10 of them as they were so addictive !!! Also the prices are very reasonable and there is a wide range of choice on their menu to cater for all. I’ll be back real soon guys. Great shop, great food and great staff you’ve got there. Burger base was really great, spacious, clean and not too loud like some places can be. Burgers we're very nice and fresh, with crispy chips.
We was Served by Afrina, Service was fast and professional. Good tasty food with freindly customer service gets top marks from me.
I was impatiently waiting for the opening day(ilford), so I went there with a friend. I have to say customer service is 100/100 I never seen such a caring and friendly customer service. We couldn’t decide what drinks to buy with the food, so the girls gave us taste from every flavour. Between guava is the best. At the end they gave us extra drinks with the food. Burger and the chicken bites 10/10. It’s my new favourite place as I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s or kfc.
I was so amazed with the service so I took their names, but sadly lost the paper. Will be going there to get their names for a fresh review.
It was my husband's birthday. I just chated with tahir on google mqp chat box about the situation that i wanted to celebrate my hubby's birthday as we don't hv place n dont hv frnds here in ilford. So he told me to meet sudheer and talk about everything. I did. And both are very good nd such gentlemen. N yes we enjoyed bday there. Staff is also nice and humble just too good. They were my first choice bcz one staff member helps me outside the bb as my baby's wheel came out. I was very happy that i chose this place and people. Am just in love with place and the meal was also delicious. Thankyou so much bb ❤❤
