Highly recommend the bubble waffles! Very delicious and looks extremely good as well!
Was a little busy last time I visited on a weekend, so make sure you get there early or go during a week day to avoid a little wait if you can.
It's closing it's time at the boxpark by the end of april 2019. If you do get a chance to go, they have pretty good bubble tea and a wide variety of bubble waffle flavours (including vegan options!) The staff are quite friendly as well.
Great selection of waffles .. taste as good as good as the look .. great vegan selection too . Try and go at non peak times as the queue at the box park can be crazy long .. well what do you expect for the tastiest waffles in London .. enjoy xx
This place was recommended to me by a friend, I had intended to get only Bubble Tea but I was enticed by the bubble waffles too! Gosh darn my sweet tooth!!! The tea and waffle were excellent. Tasty egg waffle cones with a wide variety of toppings, they also serve cooked food on the other side but I am yet to try. The best bubble tea

Crisp and tasty bubble waffle, good amount of filling but the vanilla ice cream wasn’t the greatest - think it was cheaper quality from how it tasted.
Extremely good find! Coming back for more soon! I had the Mr. Oreo with salted caramel ice cream. If you’re in the area this is a must try!

Delicious Thai milk tea: Loved the flavours, authentic and not too sweet, reminds me of Thailand! I also got the bubble waffle with nutella, crispy and fresh and it was decorated with gold spray!
Also they have very friendly service and sweet staff. Will visit again!!
Very tasty, hate when waffles are stale and hard, these waffles are freshly made to order and a nice range of ingredients to go with it.
Delicious bubble waffles, with its own vegan menu filled with so many choices. My personal favourite is the (vegan) berry crunch. You can add vegan ice cream too for an extra £2 - the banana chocolate flavour is amazing but then you end up paying £8.50 altogether which is expensive.

Probably the best bubble tea I've had in London. Tried the coconut and taro bubble tea and it was delicious! It was really creamy and smooth without the powdery taste, the amount of tapioca was also sufficient and tasty.

They don’t taste authentic, however, they managed to make them still taste good.
