Great place for a social event, especially for those cricket fans. Good selection of drinks and snacks to share. The game mode has five levels, where a virtual player bowls leg spin, fast and medium pace and the aim is to hit the ball at certain points in the nets to score runs. Within an hour and with 6 players we each got 6 overs of batting which was competitive and fun. Recommend booking and we will be back, also worth noting lots of screens to watch sports before and after playing.
Very fun place for a bit of an activity and a drink. There were a lot of kids (5-15 years old) when we got there about 5pm on a Saturday so worth setting your expectations to lots of loud yelling. Being in the nets was good fun although the scoring zones can be tough to hit - you can smash a ball into the side net (would usually be a 4) but if you don’t hit the actual boards it’s worth nothing. Would still go again. We had a net for 30 mins with 4 people, could have easily done an hour
Great place however the bartender seemed like the most helpful and friendly one. A little more caring would be great from servers as was given things without cutlery, things missing from desserts however kept moving an food and cocktails worth it.
This was the first time I've been to this place. My friends had been there before, multiple times (London- Fitzrovia location). For a Monday night, it was pretty quiet, though I can imagine the place would be buzzing on a weekend. I forgot to take pictures, but we had a great time! Just went for the fun and didn't get food because we had dinner plans elsewhere. For two people, batting cages cost 15.50 each for a 30 min slot. I'd definitely come back and would recommend.
Overall a really enjoyable experience for my birthday. We’ve visited the Fulham branch before and I would say that the customer service overall was slightly poorer at Fitzrovia. Despite having a booking at 12pm nobody greeted us on arrival and we had already finished our half an hour batting net before our drinks arrived! The game itself was great although the equipment was quite tatty.
The food and drinks were excellent and it was a really nice touch when a bowl of candy floss with a sparkler arrived to mark my birthday. I was a little disappointed, though, that was added to our bill at the end without my wife being told we were being charged for this! We wanted to play again after lunch and a member of staff kindly gave as an hour of play for the price of 30 minutes.
So overall a really great experience and we will almost certainly return to Sixes again with friends and family, however based on the customer service and condition of the equipment we would probably go back to Fulham rather than Fitzrovia.
Arya the server was so kind and considerate. We had the last slot but she made sure to not let the hospitality slip. Brilliant place for an entertaining game with some great drinks. Arya and her team are excellent!
The pricing is a bit cheeky, paying per head even though you all use the one cage for the allotted time. Drinks were a bit pricey too. Very nice espresso martinis.
An inspired idea that works well as a group activity. However, the scoring is temperamental much like the food on offer.
Provided you just see the nets as a little party game and you don't rely on the pizza or burgers for dinner, you should have a jolly old time.
Cricket part is fun and well organised to get you up and running quickly.
Food and service were average just based in how long some of the food took and fairly basic for the price.
Overall fun activity to do with your friends.
It was a nice experience overall. The actual activity was fun but has a time limit so make sure to start as soon as they set your screen.
Drink service was very good and quick to arrive whenever ordered. We did the brunch experience and found it well worth the money.
All guy group went, most had never played cricket. Sixes had social tables with drink & food available with sport TV scattered around the bar. The main attraction however for us were the "nets" where the players faced a bowling machine, very cleverly done & can be enjoyed regardless of your cricket batting skill level, the machine can be adjusted to your choice. Don't worry the ball isn't a cricket ball & we found it huge fund.
We didn't eat, the beer was good though and the actual cricket nets should be booked in advance, if you just want to eat & drink you should be OK to just turn up.
What a wonderful place!! The game is really well put together. My wife and I booked the nets for 30mins and went through all the 5 levels (it was very close).
If you play club cricket then you shouldn’t play less than the top level once you have tried them all!
There’s a selection of bats so find the right one for you and then there will be different types of bowlers for you to face.
The food is great they have pizza, burgers and sides. We went for the chicken burger and veggie burger and that was delicious!
The atmosphere, drinks and setup make it a great place for everyone, be it just a date or for a large group.
Thank you for having us Sixes! Highly recommend!!
Had a fantastic experience with my family playing caged cricket. We were visiting from California and totaled welcomed the concept of indoor caged cricket. Loved the smart TV bowling, and scoring set up. Food is nothing special. Reasonable service considering how busy they were.
Enjoyable experience. Booked 2 nets for an hour each. However, you do lose time due to the delivery system being slow to load.
The scoring system is okay, but not always rewarding for some shots played well.
Definitely one to give a go 👍🏻
Took my son for last day of half term. What great fun higly recommend Sixes. Food very nice, cricket nets amazing went for half hour ended up doing a full hour. So much fun.
Good atmosphere and the cricket is fun. Decent drinks selection and the burgers were good. It's a novelty that you probably only need to do once though.
We visited Sixes with a group of 5 and had an absolutely amazing time! The service was great, the food was terrific and the overall atmosphere was so nice. It was such a fun vibe! The service was really good and we had so much fun at the batting cages. It was really well organised, with each group having its own batting cage. Overall, it was a great experience! The only thing that we felt amiss was that we had mentioned it was a birthday celebration and they completely missed that part and didn’t make any extra effort. It sounds entitled, I know, but small things like these make a difference between a 4-star and a 5-star and it would have gone the extra mile to show they care
