Mary Queen of Scots House circa 1905, Grade II Listed where “Pret a Manger” currently occupies the ground floor aside Cheshire Alley. An elaborate, detailed and idiosyncratic Gothic fantasy that also incorporates some Art Nouveau flourishes and a prominent statue of Queen Mary to whom the building is dedicated. Surrounded by an assortment of historic buildings that distinguish this segment of Fleet Street.

Good quality and healthy options, freshly made. Prices are OK and staff is friendly and helpful. 4 starts because of the limited seating options and the non-existent view (only window to the street was blocked by a very big poster), but considering the area and it's density it's to be expected.

It has had the same offering for many years, but there is no need to change because the food is very tasty and consistently high quality.

Lovely food. A bit expensive and not a lot of comfort for eating in.

Needs more vegan options and could include a vegan yogurt alternative too

They have a good selection of food, it’s not the most tasty, but it gets the job done.
