Tried the iced chocolate and milkshake then had to go back the next day for more and try the hot chocolate. Best iced chocolate I've had (have tried plenty as a non-coffre or tea drinker). Real chocolate and not just milk with syrup. Milkshake is nice and thick, not runny at all. Hot chocolate was super chocolatey/creamy. Plenty of options of % for your chocolate so caters for everyone. Only here on holiday so will miss it when we leave 😭 please come to Australia (Brisbane)!
Absolute fab, the server kept to themselves and we're pleasant enough as they served you. A little slow on service when I went, but might've been a one off/the time I went. They handled things well nonetheless as I wasn't standing there for more than 5 minutes. So glad to have my tasty treats and my INCREDIBLE 66% hot chocolate (which I really do recommend). It's a shame they don't have these in flake form!
Edit: pastries were anti-climactic, a bit too sweet for my liking. If you have a sweet tooth, this might be for you
Amazing service from the guy working on 27/03/2023 at around 3:40pm. Was very friendly and polite. Also loved the hot chocolate! Was my second time having it and was just as good as the first. I would recommend the 34% milk choc hot chocolate with full fat milk + Maldon sea salt and whipped cream on top.
If you’re after the best milkshake get a knoops! The 54% is the best combo of chocolate not too bitter or overly sweet
You can also add sea salt or orange zest to the milkshakes just it’s sophisticated milkshake
Perfect coffee and chocolate, convenient , price is reasonable and the service is good.
Good selection of exotic and delicious sweets and cocos , lots of ingredients and nice stuff.
Will certainly come back .
I would highly recommend it for those who are a true coffee and chocolate lovers .
Best chocolate drinks I’ve had- especially the iced ones. Chocolate is smooth and delicate without being watery or overwhelming.
Would have given a 5* if the staff were more organised and fast. Seems like they aren’t trained enough. I go there quite often and its the same issue all the times. Service is very slow. Other than this everything taste really nice. I also buy to make hot chocolate at home.
I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but this chocolate drink was delicious but way too expensive for a small cup of chocolate. There are so many different types. You won't have a problem finding your favourite. 😍👍What a great idea!👏
I would give 5 stars, but 1st of all, not enough space inside and secondly VERY unhappy and not welcoming staff.
Update. I have had one of their hot chocolates with 64% cacao. Wow. Amazing. I would say it's one of 100 beverages to drink before you die.

I have ordered an Americano coffee and it was one of the nicest I have had in donkey's years. Their almond croissant was delicious too. They get 4 stars only as they did not have a savoury option.

If you're craving a sweet, chocolatey treat, or even a dark, bitter, or fruity twist on your usual, Knoops has an amazingly delicious range of chocolate goodness! I recommend the 54% Milkshake with Maldon Sea Salt.
Started off my first Knoops experience with a 66% hot chocolate. Love at first sip.
One improvement that can be made is regarding hygiene. I could see chemical cleaning products on the counter all scattered which wasn’t the most pleasant feeling. Fantastic service tho.
This chocolate milkshake really impressed me, it has an authentic taste of dark chocolate but also kept the smooth feeling of a milkshake. I’ll definitely come back.
Excellent drinks. The ice chocolate is my favourite but the hot chocolate is also very good. I would highly recommend this place if you love chocolate.
