Colourful, clean and modern interior with bright space as the windows X2 sides of the wall. The staff are friendly and it seems this place is quite popular. The inside and outside of the store is cleaned regularly and is wheelchair accessible. Across the road from the retail park with its own car park. This store felt very new and modern but with the iconic Golden arches on top of the building. The ratio of the store for seating for both inside and outside is reasonable and does not feel squashed or tight. There is one counter and one screen so you are made aware of your order once your number pops on the screen ready to collected. The food came out hot and on a tray with enough napkins and sauce was given by the worker on that station.

I’ve been coming here for years, but it’s been one of those places I have not reviewed. It’s not the biggest McDonalds, and I’ve had good and bad service from here (over the passed decade or so). Day times are no issues at all, but night time sometimes the local homeless people come on and be a nuisance.
If you haven’t tried their new Boscoff McFlurry and their double chocolate pie then you don’t know what you’re missing!
The staff here are so nice and keep the place very clean , no cold fries or burgers, and the table service should come at an extra cost
It is a buzy fast food restaurant 🍴 with table service. It is pleasant clean but not always tidy as it is extremely buzy.
The parking is really difficult as it is always buzy primarily due to drive through service. Also there is a limit to how long you can park and a big fine if you ignore it.
When it comes to service there not very good is not just about being polite you should always make sure it's what the customer ordered and when you drive through she asks is this what you ordered at least give me time to have a look on the board

So easy to order, via the DIY smart screens. Love a Maccy-D's. They have Oreo McFlurry - quite possibly the best invention in the world, ever! 🥰
McDonald's in Greenlanes is a pretty decent fast food spot that delivers the familiar tastes many have come to enjoy. Their service is generally prompt, and the establishment maintains a clean environment. However, there are areas where improvements could be made to elevate the overall customer experience. For instance, a broader selection of healthier options on the menu could cater to a more diverse customer base. Also, an upgrade to the restaurant's seating could enhance the dining comfort. Furthermore, while the staff is generally efficient, additional training in customer service could ensure consistently friendly and attentive service. McDonald's Greenlanes gets the job done, but with these improvements, it could really stand out as a top notch fast food destination.
Very nice environment here is very clean in a McDonald’s.I see their customer service is very good among their staff I spoke to one of them her name is Sajia She explained so well and gave such good customer service.
Everything is number ten, five stars, but the delivery is very bad, the food is cold, thank you, regards
