Yaren our waitress was amazing. So friendly and helpful regarding my allergy and food tolerances also when I was asking for ideas for shopping. Drinks from the bar were nicely presented. Amazing selection. Food was amazing. Catered for me being a coeliac and vegetarian. Atmosphere was lovely with background music. Interior was decorated lovely. Beautiful place to go.
I recently visited Bramleys and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and drink options. The cozy atmosphere and delicious food only added to the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend Bramleys for anyone looking for a pub with outstanding customer service.
We went here for our Anniversary and it was amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic. The food was quality from starters all the way to desserts and Alberto was great with us in how he served us. He made sure we was good in all circumstances and even made our Anniversary night special. A One to Remember!
I’ve visited Bramleys a few times now and thought I’d leave a review.
It’s a nice local restaurant with a good selection of food and cocktail’s.
I went for the calamari to start with and steak for mains with the fries.
The staff are very attentive and helpful when answering any questions I had on wine and steak.
Very friendly and nice atmosphere.
Definitely worth a visit.

Cousins came down here for a visit and we decided to go to this restaurant. The drinks were really good and looked very nicely presented. Complimentary garlic bread tasted really good, with a crunch and a hummus dip.
We order five starters to share, the octopus salsa, halloumi, prawn croquets, scallops and the goats cheese. My favourite was the goats cheese and beetroot sauce. Unfortunately the scallops had this milky like water that I believe came out the scallop, which ruined the presentation, however it did taste quite nice. Octopus was also nicely cooked.
I had the surf and turf for my main, which tasted amazing, beef was slightly over cooked to how I would like mine. However that was fine and I still enjoyed it. They gave two massive prawns which was really good. And it was very well presented.
The salmon dish was good however I did wish it had a little bit of sauce so that it didn’t taste too plain.
If you are a burger lover the burger would be great, the portion was humongous.
The sea bass was crispy on the skin and that extra hint of lemon brought out the flavour.
The raspberry crème brûlée was really good, so smooth inside, and a great crack on top. There was a raspberry coulis at the bottom which added a nice sweetness to it.
The apple mousse was quite nice, however wasn’t my entire cup of tea. The biscuit crumb at the bottom tasted really good, but personally I felt it had way too much biscuit, felt like I just ate a whole pack of biscuits for dessert. Aesthetically the dessert was beautiful.
Staff were friendly and overall would recommend to come here.

Three of us went here for lunch before a walk in Trent park for the first time and am so glad we did - and not just because it was airconditioned! The lovely Colonita looked after us very well the entire time we were there. Food was very good and I thought reasonably priced, particularly if you are used to London prices, and the service was excellent. We started with a bottle of prosecco, bruschetta (tomatoes they have here are amazing), then had sea bass, chicken and octopus. We were quite full so unfortunately didn't have time for dessert.
Yaven and Colernita are the most pleasant and kind hosts. They made me feel so welcomed. Their team working together is amazing. The Zombie cocktail is out of this world. And the restaurant was singing Happy birthday 🎂 as it was my birthday. Continue being great girls.
Wanted to try out this new restaurant with my family. It was excellent 👌🏼 Although we ordered takeout, we just decided to dine-in. The seating is limited but it was comfortable for our family. All the other orders seemed to be takeout, which is a great option we plan to be using as well. We had a few of the variety dishes . All the dishes were full of so much delicious flavor! We also tried The soft serve ice cream which were so refreshing! The owner is very kind and respectful. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend supporting this business 👍🏼
Went for parents Anniversary and to say the the least will be a memorable one! Food was delicious and very filling with exceptional presentation, drinks to also match that. Credits to our waiter, Alberto, for taking good care of us providing us with such charismatic service.
Would definitely be going back and would gladly recommend this place!

Lovely experience here! They had really nice decor, food, and service. Lamb fillet and surf and turf were perfect and a good portion size. Everything was perfect and Yaren was such a lovely host and made it so much more memorable.
Will visit again for sure!
My husband recently held my surprise 30th birthday at Bramleys and it was honestly the best night. The private room downstairs is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are exceptional. There were almost 30 of us, the service was so brilliant and the food was delicious. They were so smiley and lovely and upheld the lie for my husband so I was totally fooled. Thank you for such an amazing night.

Let me start with the Service because this I can say was 5/5 for certain! I went for a friends birthday and she had booked out the downstairs part of the restaurant. As soon as we arrived Yaren was on point! She was friendly, chilled and vibrant and not afraid to engage in conversation with us rather than just standing there looking like a Butler. Shout out to Yaren good host to put with us and is full of beans. Also the manager Thomas who literally got involved with our games and went the extra mile for our party when he didn’t need to. The only thing my friends picked up was that every time they ordered a drink they had to pay service charge for each order so I would recommend ordering a couple of drinks at one time if you don’t agree with this or just get a bottle of wine like I did!
Food I can’t lie was actually decent but the portion sizes my lord I’m not sure about that one I can’t lie. I forgot to take pictures as usual but I ordered the bang bang king prawns as a starter 👍🏿 lamb chops as a main 😍 and the Chocolate brownie and ice cream as a dessert (this I won’t lie was really really rich so bare this in mind).
Atmosphere, now the atmosphere was more controlled in our environment as we had booked out the downstairs section but what I will say is that the downstairs part although can hold up to 30 people I wouldn’t recommend booking it for more than 20 especially if you want to bring things like selfie booths and birthday displays etc as it is quite a narrow space.
Overall though I would return back to the restaurant.
Colonita was an AMAZING hostess, half the food we ordered we wouldn’t have if she hadn’t made the recommendation. She was so lovely complimented my outfit even before I sat down. She was warm, patient and calm. We were a party of 5 with kids changed tables twice to enjoy the ambience and she was still understanding. If I come back here, I’ll definitely ask for her. I’m glad she was here. The music was A1
Delicious food which didn’t disappoint! The lamb chops and octopus were so meaty and the service by Yaren was exceptional. Will be back to Bramleys.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Starters, main and desert 10/10 ! I literraly loved it. They even gave a complimentary small cheese cake with birthday candle as it was my friends birthday! I will definitely return. I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews but I have to as the service was exceptional ! Excellent. I can not fault anything. The waitress who looked after us was beyond polite and amazing I believe her name is Colonita really amazing and made sure we left with a smile. Also The decor, vibe, mocktails was all excellent!!!! Definitely instagrammable place for photos too ;)
Thank you to to Alberto and the rest of the team for making a fuss of my son this evening on his 9th birthday! The service was warm and attentive. The food was tasty and the portion sizes generous (special mention for the calamari starters!) The atmosphere and interiors were also very good for a local restaurant.
