What a great atmosphere! Lovely spacious cafe with good coffee and service. There’s two oudoor spaces, one in the front with sun and one in the back with benches. Highly recommended!

I'm in two minds about this place. On the one hand, it's in a good location in the heart of Merton Abbey Mills, the music and atmopshere is great, and there's both inside and outside seating which is great on a sunny day. The coffee is fantastic and it's a decent environment to do a bit of work on the laptop with the WiFi provided. But on the other hand, some of the staff (I suspect it's the management/owners, but I could be wrong) clearly need customer service lessons - they aren't friendly in the slightest. They don't bother to greet you or use basic manners. They are generally just rude. Some of the staff, I suspect these are non-management, are very friendly and welcoming. The place seems to have a very high turnover of baristas which makes me think there's issues with management. The food is also edible but nothing special. So, in the same vein of other reviews, depending who's working, you could either really enjoy this place, or you could dislike it. Bit of a shame really, with a management attitude adjustment I'd support this local business unreservedly.

Lovely atmosphere and feels like you're somewhere outside of the city. The staff is friendly and the food is great and well priced! Must visit if you're with your friends and family. I personally like the cold coffee here. Will visit again!

A rather nice and interesting café with friendly staff working to 'make a go of things' and build a business. The coffee and cakes are very good, and our group of cyclists enjoyed our visit today.

I went twice - once for brunch with friends, another time for coffee. The first time food was pleasant and coffees and cocktails good. The other time coffee was much worse. The same goes for the team - it seems a bit of a lottery whether you encounter someone smiley and social or not. Nothing to fault them on other than the inconsistency. Hopefully things will get better and more consistent over time as Merton Abbey Mills really need a nice coffee shop.

Everyone is very friendly. Good food and coffee. Nice place to sit - stylish. Dropped a star as there aren't any vegan breakfasts, sandwiches or pastries. Also they charge for non-dairy milk.

I've been coming here for a while and what differentiates this cafe from other cafes are the staff. They have such a wonderful, inviting energy! The coffee is also good but the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back; the staff are a testament to what a local coffee place should be. I've felt comfortable enough to bring my laptop to work until they close and I can honestly say that, whether it's busy or quiet, they are working their butts off 'till the very end while being friendly and attentive. They care about what they're doing, the customers, and each other which makes for a much less sterile environment than the big franchises populating the high streets. If they can maintain the energy of staff they currently have, this place will only go from strength to strength. Bring back the meal deal, ha! Keep up the excellent work!

Our favourite place to visit for a great cuppa coffee where we’re able to sit down and converse until we’ve realised we’ve been there for nearly 2 hours. The comfiest spot in Colliers Wood for good coffee with great friendly staff. Always recommending this spot to our friends and family who come to visit. Keep up the good work guys.

Just stopped for a coffee and snacks for my kids. The service was great with friendly staff. Amazing coffee with vegan options, lovely decor and atmosphere with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Would be great for working as it’s quiet. It’s in a pretty spot near the river. There are lots of snack options and I would recommend it for people who are in the area and is dog friendly with dog water bowls. Overall it is lovely and we’d come back again.

My partner and I get our morning coffee from here a few times a week. The coffee is amazing and the staff are all really lovely. It has such a nice atmosphere in there and we feel very lucky to have this as our local coffee shop :)

Great addition to Merton Abbey Mills. Good food, great cakes, excellent coffee, real community atmosphere. They do a great all day workstation deal I use every week to get a day away from my home office. Tenner for lunch and unlimited hot drinks!

Very polite and friendly staff, coupled with a relaxing and peaceful vibe. Lovely hot chocolate. One of my favourite chill zones in the Mills.
