Great little bakery and tea room.
We had visited Buckingham Palace and were looking for something simple to eat. We came across Gail's, it wasn't overly busy and everything looked fresh and made in house.
The staff on duty were really friendly and welcoming as we arrived.
We had various different items plus teas and coffees, it was really lovely. Thank you very much! There is plenty of seating. It's definitely a great place to stop by for a simple lunch or brunch!
Gail’s is where it’s at! We stayed at a flat a couple doors down and came here every morning. It is, without a doubt, one of the best little spots around. The food is amazing and coffee is delicious! You will not be disappointed in anything!!
We tried the avocado toast, the cinnamon roll, the almond croissant, and the quiches! DELICIOUS.
A busy spot behind Buckingham Palace. They have tasty premade sandwiches on their freshly backed bread and well as an assortment of baked good and pastries. They also have a nice selection of drinks, teas and coffees. Fast service even when they are busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating. You can not go wrong here.
Incredible food, lovely environment. Very aesthetically pleasing. I was so happy that the quality and taste matched the price of my meal. I can’t recommend enough :)
Very nice Cafe to sit down and enjoy. So many varieties of bakeries. Hot chocolate drink is really intense
Excellent! Had a great cup of coffee and the croissants are absolutely amazing! The bacon was really good too!im definitely stopping back here before my vacation is over.

Absolutely delicious plain scones! Perfect treat on the way to Victoria Coach Station. Only disappointing thing was they didn't want to provide clotted cream & jam to go (which every other Gail's we've been to was fine with). After twisting the guy's arm, he reluctantly gave us some clotted cream, but no jam of course - even though we paid for it..
Wonderful croissants - crisp and fluffy, just the way I like them best.

We bumped into this cafe while walking to Victoria around the palace having just spotted the king.
It's a spruce, airy cafe with a mouthwatering display of delicacies. Kind service and plenty of bright and airy seating.
We had the most delicious mozzarella sandwich of our lives, and a wonderful pastry and coffee. All yummy!!
Great place, friendly staff, the coffee is nice. The food had plenty of choice for sandwiches, sweets and freshly made eggs. Will go again!

With 2 friends we stopped at Gail's en route to Buckingham Palace State Rooms tour. We all had Blueberry Custard Brioche ...oh my truly fabulous! Gail's lost 1 star because 1 fruit tea was served in a cup without handles...we were told no handles on those cups!!!!
Tasty range of pastries, bread, rolls and cakes. Love the feta and spinach roll. The granola bar is also really good, as is the coffee. Lovely and cool in the heatwave. Staff friendly and helpful.
