Celebrated my birthday here and it was beautiful.
I organized two weeks or so before with the managers of the restaurant. They were very helpful throughout. We planned a menu together considering all dietary regulations for 28 people.
We had amazing food- all the appetizers and pastas and pizzas👌 everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. We had even a chance to play our own music.
If you are looking for great food and great atmosphere that makes you feel like out of London, this is the spot.
Great portion sizes and lovely service! We ordered the gnocchi and pesto penne which were not only affordable but delicious as well :) Atmosphere was great too, thank you for the great night!
my family and I came here for a birthday not expecting much, however we were pleasantly surprised. The food was well beyond my expectations and the quality was amazing. Great choice of authentic Italian dishes. the atmosphere was gorgeous surrounding a canal, and the staff were friendly and approachable, very good with kids. Will definitely be coming here again and highly recommend!!
Been coming to Ciao Bella regularly for the past 2 years. Service is always consistent. Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Tried the new menu introduced w/c 22nd May and the new chef is next level! The octopus, lamb chop, beef ribs, mash potato, grilled chicken and omg even the veggies are top notch! New cocktails too! Big thank you and well done to the team ♥️
Stopped by for Lunch as the reviews were good and I can see why! We had Bruschetta, mussels and calamari which were all delicious. For mains we enjoyed the whole Branzino which was superb, the skin was crispy and the meat itself was so soft and delicate. The pizza was great, although the tomato base was a little too sweet for us. Our server, who I imagine is also the manager, was great too, and did his best to make us comfortable. Will definitely be back when in the area!
Lovely atmosphere and the people working here go above and beyond! Don't be fooled by my seafood risotto, you're not supposed to put cheese on it!! It ruins the flavour :) they also recommended me a lovely wine and gave me and my friend plenty of time to choose. They went the extra mile, made jokes and their friendliness is truly admirable. I will be back! Thank you so much for all your hospitality. Grazie!
First day in London for my family. Ciao Bella is a hidden gem at the corner of Palmers Road. Carbonara portion is generous n delicious. Pizza texture is just right.

I went here with my family for my graduation - the carbonara was the best I’ve ever had, the guy seemed authentically Italian (a good thing!) and extremely friendly without being weird, the atmosphere was perfect, and all for an amazing price - they have a broad range of great dishes from affordable to more valuable. Very impressed! I will recommend it to all my friends :)

Such a beautiful restaurant with such lovely staff, so so friendly and welcoming. Food was phenomenal especially the pasta (may i add the portions are amazing as well) Will definitely be visiting again ❤️

The atmosphere is a bit funky as the entrance has all the markings of a pizza take out, but get past that and the service and the food were both the best we've found in an Italian restaurant for some time. They had fresh octopus as a starter and we shared one. It was incredible. The fresh pasta was also very good. We skipped the pizza, but would try it next visit.
We had a great time here! There are so many places where the arrabiata is just tomato pasta, BUT HERE was amazing! Spicy and tasty for a reasonable price! I really liked it! Out waiter was very nice and professionally payed attention to us. 😊 We definitely going back.
