A lovely pub and boutique hotel. The Prince of Wales Townhouse in Hammersmith is a delightful place with plenty of space inside and out. There is a great choice of keg beers and ciders along with several cask ales. Good fast friendly service. For the sporty types there are a couple of shuffleboard tables. A great place to stop off for a drink.

I was working in this pub / hotel today When I arrived I was greeted by Felix who made me the best coffee I've had in years. His friendly and approachable demeanor makes him a great choice for front of house for any business, he was extremely courteous to all the customers that came in and on the phone. The hotel was spilt over multiple levels and cleaners were preparing the rooms after guest had left...the rooms and hotel areas looked well kept and comfortable. The bar was clean and inviting... And that coffee was amazing

We went here for a bottomless brunch this weekend - Clyde and the team were SO friendly the whole time. The tables were set ready for us, all the staff checked in regularly, and it was just a really nice experience - would absolutely recommend. The outdoor area was very cute too, perfect for a summer evening. Breakfast (2 veggie breakfasts and 1 pancakes) was SO good.

Had a lovely stay for 5 nights with my daughter. If I had to name one negative thing it would probably be the AC vent that ran through the night, rattling. The fact that it sometimes went quiet for a minute or two before turning back on made it almost worse than if it had been running consistently. The rooms are a little run down, but I'm used to way worse from even more expensive hotels in London. Other than that, every single one of the staff that we met was very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Marta and Nick! 😉 And to the lad with the long hair (sorry, didn't catch your name) who helped my wife get a cab when she visited us. Our room was even ready an hour early. The pub's outside seating area can get a little louder Fri to Sun, but it didn't bother me and my child at all and we had a good rest. The room was neither too hot nor too cold. The shower had nice hot water immediately. The separate entry to the rooms, secured with an extra code lock, is very convenient, as is the bus stop practically in front of the house. The tube station is about a 5 minutes walk away, shops and restaurants about 10 minutes, and it wasn't too noisy at night (or at least we didn't notice it due to the aircon 😉). The breakfast and pub food is really delicious, and there's a wide selection of beers. We will definitely come back when we stay in London again.

Very good selection of beers. Seem to be well kept. They show sports on the televisions. Staff were friendly and served us well. The food was good. Roast chicken was particularly good as was the chocolate fondant.

Discovered the The Prince of Wales pub by chance and popped in for a quick drink then ended up staying longer. Ordered the meat share platter was not disappointed. A lovely selection of generous servings. Smoked brisket smoked ribs and much more. Thoroughly enjoyed it Stayed for a couple of 2-4-1 cocktails. Lots of choice for keg beers and ciders. Lovely pub friendly atmosphere. If we lived nearer we would be visiting a lot. Thanks Klyde and staff. We will be back. Sue and Les

I had a bad experience with a very rude waitress some time ago, but who doesn't make mistakes? The best pub I've been in a while. The food and environment are just spectacular. Please bring your friends and families, is just such a cozy and lovely place.

Came in to cool off on an extremely hot August day. Decent beer selection. I ended up having a couple of pints. Serpentine Pale Ale by Big Smoke Brew Co out of Esher, Surrey and Fader Juicy IPA by Laine Brew Co out of Brighton and Hove. We liked this pub. Toilets were clean.

What a lovely stay we had at the Prince of wales Townhouse, the tower bridge room is very spacious and the bed is so comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was the delicious cocktails in the sunny courtyard also how close it was to the train stations making it so easy to get everywhere we wanted. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful especially manager Klyde going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, he gave us great recommendations on things to see and do around London and even insisted on coming down to make us coffee on his day off. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town and will be recommending it to any friends that are planning on going to London. Thanks again to the staff!
