Flavoursome traditional pizza!! I genuinely recommend Monterana; however, both were incredibly delicious. It looks like the ingredients are high quality.

The pizza is fantastic and the service is astounding. The Roman style pizza is super crispy, light and delicious. The ingredients are top quality and the tiramisu is to die for. Come here and sit in the garden, a bit of quiet from the high street and an amazing place to gather with friends. Come for the pizza and stay forever for the service! Delicious!

Food was tasty, portions more than adequate and service professional and friendly.
It was a group of 4 and a baby and we all left very satisfied.

Great little family run business italian restaurant. Food exceptional, with generous portions. Service and atmosphere are fantastic with a lot of care and passion. It's very difficult to find something like this in London nowdays, so it is a true gem.
we went to La Rosetta as a large group of 20 for a friends birthday last Saturday. The food and service was exceptional. The staff were extremely attentive and it was a nice touch to meet Erion, the chef who came down to greet us!
The absolute best calzone I've EVER had and I don't say that lightly. It was crusty and crisp on the outside and meltingly gooey and delightful on the inside. Out of this world! We were a pretty large group of people but that didn't stop the service and food quality from being brilliant. The staff were really friendly, super thoughtful and just so much fun. They were so respectful, so kind and made us all feel like family. The chef, Erion, came down to greet us and the whole experience was just incredible. Will definitely be returning. Absolutely delicious food and the most hospitable staff and environment. PS. I also tried the Golosa pizza (pic) which was UNREAL and the tiramisu = heavenly!
Lovely place, amazing hospitality from the owners and great choice of thin dough pizza (Roman Style) and fresh homemade pasta. Pizza is terrificly yummy. That's a highly recommended family run business and if you are in the area you can't miss this gem.

Ambience/Location: The place is warm and offers seating on the ground floor (about 10 tables) and they have a downstairs, which can accommodate larger groups as well. Appreciated the industrial-style lovely and clean bathrooms.
Service: The service was very friendly and attentive. Pizza came out fast considering we kept seeing pizza orders being picked up as well. It was nice that you can see the pizzas being made.
Food: My 2 yr old son devoured his Margarita pizza. My pizza on a glutenfree pizza base was delicious and I was jealous of my Husband's regular crust quattro formaggi was HUGE. He said it was one of the best Italian pizzas he has tasted in all of London. They have starters and pastas (offer glutenfree pasta as well) that we look forward to trying.
Price: Very reasonably priced. Wine, beer and three pizzas was less than £49
Overall, worth a go and to make it a regular visit.
Finally the real Italian pizza in Stoke Newington! Tastes like heaven and high digestible. A must go!
All the others in Stokey aren't because they are thick, fluffy and not completely cooked.
High selection of good pasta and the tiramisù is just from outer space.
On the lower level there's a bar and a small garden. Beautiful and tasteful place.

Family run business, very kind and welcoming atmosphere. We tried the pizza, which is done in the roman style, and absolutely loved it! If you want a lighter, more digestible pizza, this is perfect. We also had the calzone and it was super yummy!
Dessert was also amazing.
Looking forward to coming back for more pizza and trying the handmade pasta too!

First time here to this lovely local restaurant on my visit to family. So nice to be greeted with a smiling face. Food was excellent top ingredients and service was super happy and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Such a nice vibe. Will definitely make a regular on my trips into London.
I came here for the first time on the Euros Final and boy was it worth it! Of course the vibes were amazing but the food was also a standout! I could tell they are really good as they had so many internal and external orders that night. Food did come out a bit slowly but given the event that was not a problem because when it came it was beautiful. The cost is fair, the portions are big and you can tell a lot of care and authenticity was taken when making these dishes. I would recommend anyone to go there for sure, loved it.
