Omg! As an Indian I have to search far and wide locally to find a great Indian restaurant that makes food like ‘home’. The food here is delicious, good size portions and worth the money. I usually eat at grand trunk and this is now my new fav place to eat!!! If you want authentic food- eat here. Coc
Food was really good. I had the lamb chops, butter chicken, chilli chicken, chilli paneer, mushroom rice, garlic butter naan, and masala chips. They were all absolutely tasty. Very attentive waitress. Only problems were the seats are not good for people with back problems and it is very warm inside
First time dining at this restaurant and we were impressed at the quality of the food service. Will definitely be returning again very soon.
Restaurant is amazing. Food tastes like heaven. I visited with a friend, we tried Chilli Paneer, Pav Bhaji, Veg Kolhapuri and Tandoori Rotis. Every bite of these delicacies was authentic Indian. We had a good time. Every staff member was so polite, made our visit worthwhile.
Have been looking for good biryani for quite a while and after being disappointed countless times, finally found a great biryani here. We had the Chicken Dum Biryani and it was great. Also had the chicken lollipop and pau bhaji and both were great. Top it with salted lassi and the great tunes and yo
Delicious authentic Indian food! I have been here atleast 5 times now, and hence I’m here to give a comprehensive review. My personal favourite here is rasmalai cake (I would give 100 stars for just this dish, not joking!) and nihari biryani is great too. All starters were amazing, with “mumbaiya pe
Great food here and at a fair price. All dishes we got were very tasty. Have been quite a few times over the years and it's not disappointed. Service sometimes a bit slow or inattentive but the food makes up for it.
The chilli paneer is banger best of all I ever had , samosha chat is must try technically it's a starter but I can eat it as a meal everyday
Great ambiance. Welcoming and friendly staff, especially Sai. We were a group if 15 who visited a week ago. Best place to visit if you're missing home food. Dahi poori, chilli paneer, mogo, vegetarian dum biryani n Virgin mojito are my personal favourites among what we ordered. Dum Biryani is t
Perfect place to go for any occasion. 5 star quality at a fair price. Very authentic Indian food unlike most of the other Indian restaurants out there which is more like British Indian. Interior scenery is marvellous. Staff are spot on, food came quick. I came on a Monday evening and the place is fa
Was taken here by a very good Indian friend, no better recommendation than that! Mixed grill was lovely, Lamb Rogan Josh was fantastic meat melted in your mouth. Dhal was lovely along with chilli nans. Home made ice cream for desert is a must. Staff was very friendly and added to a lovely evening. G
I really hate to give a negative review.. But this was a bad day for them and us.. They forgot our starters.. We patiently waited and waited.. As it was so late we decided to order the mains.. Thank God.. Otherwise would have literally left with an empty stomach.. Sadly.. Even for the main course so
The restaurant was empty when we walked in and looked really good, the seats are very comfortable. The service started off very good but then declined slightly where we had to start waving our hands to gain the waitress's attention even though the place was empty but she was friendly. The food came
One of the best authentic Indian restaurants in all of London. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. They're always going above and beyond with their service. The food, ranging from the appetisers to desserts is incredibly flavored and presented. I will definitely be coming back as.
Top class experience. Ambience is very nice and goes hand in hand with the excellent food. The wall paintings are amazing (kudos to the artist Mr Steve). The Vada Pav (was surprised to learn that they even make their own buns/Paav to ensure authentic taste), the pepper chicken, the lamb (Gosht Gucci
One of the best Indian restaurant in east London. Lamb chops and 8 hr lamb shank is must try for meat lover. In desserts must try Mango texture. All deserts have got the unique style and presentation. Dine in ambience is very nice. Helpful staff and quick service.
Had a wonderful evening tasting excellent food after a day sightseeing. We were a group of 14, shared dishes and for some it was the first encounter with Indian cuisine. We will come again.
We came for the Indian breakfast which was delicious. Excellent customer service from Said and it's nice that we have a place to visit locally without having to venture further into East London. Highly recommended and we will be back for dinner another time for sure. Best of luck!
This is one of the best in London. Loved the ambience and food. They have authentic starters like dahi puri, vada paav, paav baji etc. We had dahi puri and It was absolutely amazing. Harshitha gave us an amazing service too. Overall a very good experience!!
