Honest burger is always super tasty, chips were a bit salty but overall great. This restaurant is very central, got around 30 seats inside and you might have to share your table with strangers. The food came quite quickly, overall friendly staff. Toilets are downstairs.
Great burger joint if that is what you’re looking for. It’s very busy, but people are not waiting for more than a few minutes.
Both the burger and service was really good. The only thing the kids didn’t like was the chirps s fries.
Will definitely visit again.
HONESTLY THE BEST HAMBURGER EVER! If you don't want to overeat yourself, don't come here because you're going to wanna eat every last crumb of these delicious hamburgers! First of all, the service is super fast en very friendly. The employees made me feel very welcome. There are 11 burgers on the menu, 4 of which are Vegan. The burgers are juicy and well thought out in terms of flavours, and the combination with the rosemary salted chips and the homemade lemonade is AMAZING. Not to mention all the meat is Honest :) The onion rings are simply the best I've ever eaten anywhere! You can taste that they’re homemade. They're full of onion flavour, and INSANELY delicious! Prices are very decent, the interior is warm en welcoming. I've been here twice in the span of 4 days because I just can't stay away from this burger heaven. The only downside is the potentially long wait before you get seated, but it's totally worth the wait!
Had dinner with a friend here. Staff is super friendly even though the place was packed. The food was great, a lot of options with meat or vegetarian. All burgers can be made glutenfree and the sides are all glutenfree. The rosemary fries are great. I was really exicted that they have glutenfree onion rings. We loved them! We will definitely come back on our next trip to London!
Amazing burgers. Tastiest vegan burger I have tried (plant ve). Rosemary fries amazing too!
We went there after Christmas. They still had their Christmas offers available. So, we ordered the one with beef burger and rosemary fries. It was amazing. We also ordered some fried chicken and onion rings. I love fried chicken, especially the sauce on top. The onion rings were too oily, I didn't like them. We also had mint lemonade. It was refreshing.
There were many people inside. But the staff accommodated us warmly. They are nice, and were swiftly handling the pressure from many customers.
I had been to Honest Burgers before and I really liked their vegan burgers so when I found out that they actually have an entirely vegan restaurant I decided to pay it a visit for a lunch.
My experience has been very positive overall. The customer service was friendly and efficient. Food was really good, and prices are fair.
I would highly recommend Honest Burgers and I will definitely be back soon.
very friendly waiters, amazing food, at times it was a bit loud but it was ok - highly recommend
The burgers are good, not great. We tried their Honest Burgers. They asked how well done we want our burgers but medium rare and medium in the end looked absolutely the same. The buns were not well toasted and the lower bun had no sauce as all. This was slightly compensated by the tasty onion jam on top of the patty. I cannot say the burger was too dry but the fact that there was no sauce and the lower bun was absolutely white was disappointing. The chips were very good even without any sauce. The staff was friendly. Prices are reasonable for London but what was disappointing is service charge that appeared out of nowhere even though I carefully read the menu. Not claiming the disclaimer was not there but at least I looked for it and could not find it
They're not much, but it's honest work!
Amazing portions for the prize! A hearty meal!
Really helpful staff. I spoke to the chef who kindly added extra seasoning to my generous portion of onion rings. It was post late afternoon when I went so it wasn't too busy but the patrons seemed happy enough.
We were passing here and we managed to grab the last available table late on a Friday afternoon. The service was prompt and the food was good, we did find the chips were too well done, but overall, surprisingly good. My daughter even managed to eat all of her burger, just not the chips.
affordable considering the location, food amazing (especially the crisps). packed for a good reason :)
I had a quick meal there before I had to be somewhere at 7:30 p.m. The service was efficient and fast despite having to queue outside briefly.
Nice ambiance and delicious fries. However I would give the burger only 4 stars as there are a few other chains that are more flavourful. I had chilli burger (£13) with one side but it wasn’t spicy in the slightest.
Overall I was satisfied with the meal!
I generally like Honest burgers but the decor in this particular affiliate was on point and the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive.
I used to be a convinced meat eater but since my wife switch to vegetarian food I've also become used to vegetarian food. A fully vegetarian restaurant was a first for me but boy was I glad I gave it a chance. Stayed 3 days in London but it was the best meal of the whole trip. Nice staff, explained everything. There was also the possibility for glutenfree variants. Also not too expensive. Really recommend this when you're visiting London!
This is the second time my partner and I came to this restaurant. Both times we were served by Matt and his customer service has remained consistent for aprox. 6 months apart. Both times he was very friendly, engaging and acomodating. Not only that, but he recognised us, which is a lovely touch, considering this is a central location with hundreds of patrons coming in every day. The food was amazing, cooked to perfection. Please give this place a go, even of you may have had a bad experience with Honest Burgers elsewhere.
