Lalya Bakery - London - Photo album

One of my favourite bakeries in London, amazing vibe and delicious pastries. Expect a queue especially on weekends but it moves pretty quickly. However, make sure to go early as they do not always restock once they run out. Lots of seating space outdoors and a few spaces indoors in the winter time.
On a cycle ride in London we stopped off here - was greeted with a lovely warm welcome. The pastries and bakes are top order. I would add they had some offerings that re just a little different in taste - trying something different and the results was very good. Came away with a loaf and 2 Orange/Cl
Anywhere can make a croissant. They’re so buttery that it blows open margin for error. It’d be easy, therefore, to stop there. To occasionally embrace other safety nets in cookery like chocolate and carry on. I like that Layla doesn’t do this. They do the classics, and beautifully, but it’s the seas
I went here for coffee and pastries and it was the best decision of the whole day. The place was so lovely it was open and very cozy at the same time. Love their little outdoor seating area . The pastries was amazing and the drink tasted so good !! Especially the dirty chai latte . Definitely going
Lovely laminated pastries. I had the pistachio chocolate croissant. Really soft on the inside and flaky on the outside. Just what you want in a croissant. It was also a perfect level of sweetness as with pistachio flavoured things, they tend to be quite sweet. I also tried some of my sisters cinnamo
Layla Bakery where do we start? On the quieter end of Portobello Road (but defo not quiet here) Tip: get there as they open for best selection as often a large queue, esp weekends. An ever changing menu of great pastries, textures, flavours, sweet and savoury. Good coffee from Assembly Roast. Perfec
I had the pistachio bun and cheese twist and they were amazing. But the other pasties looked good too. The espresso is not their strength in my opinion. The staff was professional and fast. Gonna go back there again for sure.
It was the last day to try the chocolate and pistachio pain sussie sooo glad I came! It was delicious even better than the Cedric’s pain au sussie. Much more reasonably priced too. The staff were super friendly, it was all open plan so could see the bread and pastries being made. Really hot Sunday m
One of my favourite places for croissants. Great coffee. Lovely outdoor seating area. Consistent quality. If anything, they keep getting better and better.
The best chai latte i’v ever tried! Also the staff and vibes at this place are so friendly and welcoming! The pastry I got was delish, however it seems a lot things had sold out quickly so try get there early:)
