The coffee is quite good here. The bacon roll is tasty. But the staff make this place so special - they are always very kind and happy to serve you! The wifi is a bit hit and miss, but frequently occurring.
When I came in today they were training two new members of staff who have down syndrome. I was so impressed, not only by the young men themselves and the very kind and patient staff training with them but also by the fact that Costa take part in such schemes.
I believe everyone deserves the right to participate in society in whichever way they can. I wasn't a regular Costa customer but I will be now.
Furthermore, the coffee was good, the cafe was clean, nice music, and the sears are comfy.
Need to clean card machines absolutely disgusting food etc all over it young girl who served me was smile and very polite
Huge credit to the staff working on Wednesday morning. He actively recommended desserts on the counter when I was standing by hesitating, also offered tap water without me asking (as if he can read my mind!). This active engagement definitely gave me a great start of the day. Thank you x

I generally don't get to experience a true customer service in many places however the lovely lady at the counter ensured utmost Customer Satisfaction and served with a big smile on her face. Also she was quite flexible and accommodating with my requirement. We really need more of these people in Customer facing jobs to give a good experience and prove to be an asset to whichever organisation they belong to.
One of the reasons I come to the UK is for Costa Hot Chocolate.
The gentleman who served me was super friendly too.

The coffee was great, obviously I enjoyed it! We wanted to sit at a table but there was a horrible mess there somebody had spilt some things all over it. It's a pretty busy place. Carrot cake was good too.
Such nice staff! Helped me with the free drink reward. Comfy seats, plug sockets and USB chargers, toilets and window seats. A lovely go to for drinks.
