Very professional, polite staff and the food was lovely! Coke had no taste, so the beverage was replaced with cans of Fanta, free of charge. I do recommend!
Today we had a booking of 4 people, it was a very nice experience here. The chef maunata was extremely good. The flavour of cheeseburger was amazing it was first time I had the burger made on charcoal . Will be back as soon as possible the manger was very good also

I visited Gourmet 4 Ruislip around a week ago with a few friends, the customer service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food arrived exceptionally fast and was definitely 10/10. The restaurant as a whole was very hygienic , clean and definitely a great place to have a meal by yourself, or with family and friends. I had no problems as the waitresses were extremely well mannered and helpful. I’ll definitely be back soon!!

We held a party at this venue and from day one of planning the manager Manisha has been absolutely amazing responding to our queries and being a first point of contact. She went above and beyond to ensure that the party goes according to plan even when there were last minute hiccups she put her 100% to ensure that we had got everything we had planned for such as calling in a pizza chef from another branch. She kept us up-to-date on the situation and worked with us throughout the process. Lovely open and honest communication. She made the whole party planning process very easy.
The service was amazing on the day and her team worked very hard to look after us. We had lovely feedback from our guest who really enjoyed the food and the service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone hoping host a party, such as children's birthday or celebration. Thank you Manisha and team once again.

We had a mix from Saucy Chicks and Smokey Joe's, both were extremely tasty. All our food came out super hot so we had to wait for it to cool down before we could tuck in. The staff are super friendly and super helpful. I've already organised my next visit to this place!
I had the most amazing food. The service was jst out of this world… the kindest people. I was served by a lady called manisha who gave us complimentary snacks. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. To be greeted and looked after the way we were…. Kindness goes along way and I’ll most defiantly return next wk.

This Restaurant is great, went out for food with a couple of college friends. I 100% recommend. Food was super tasty and delicious. Presentation of the food was also astonishing! Definitely worth the wait. The staff are super welcoming, even though they look very young they are very trained. Great place to go to after the movies, as Nandos always has a wait list!
The best fried load up ever I have tasted! I am a vegetarian 🌱 they only have non veg loaded fries the chef is wonderful and said he will sort out a lovely veg loaded fries! It’s the best ever whenever I go to the cinema I make sure I go there! Everyone please try the loaded fries 💯 sure that non veg lovers will love the veg loaded fries as much as I do! Gourmet 4 definitely have the best chef. Thank you!
Zenia and Manisha are absolutely amazing! As are all the other staff at this restaurant! They are so friendly, polite and helpful. They can’t seem to do enough for you which is so sweet! We were a very large party of 30, adults and kids, and Zenia & Manisha managed our time at the restaurant wonderfully! We will most definitely be back as we had a great experience! Thank you guys :)
Went with my girlfriend last night. Its a new restaurant with the 5 star service . Staff were very friendly and professional. The meal was serve fast and hot plated beautifully. Large portion size meal with reasonable price compared to other gourmet restaurants. Food with excellent taste with its own seasoned and spices. Despite the restaurant was busy, seems like kitchen was well organised we got our the food on time and hot . Apart from the food, Restaurant was very clean including toilet. I will definitely recommend and go again.
We had a private screening at Cineworld and after film we booked Gourmet 4 for 25 people, 12 of them were kids. The restaurant admin Zenia booked us a separate area, set all tables as we required. The service was excellent and food was delicious! My special thanks to the chef Kishor, the burgers were tasty and juicy! The restaurant is family friendly, they made an area for kids dance floor so children could enjoy themselves after having meal. We had a great time and very thankful to Gourmet4 for their hospitality and professionalism! We are planning another trip to the cinema and will definitely book our favourite restaurant again!
Went with the friends and family last night very nice decent place to eat in and takeout. Their staff very welcoming and polite. The restaurant looks very clean and tidy. They have great menu to choose from and the service was quick and food was delicious. Very organised.I will definitely recommend and I will go back again
