Had a lovely mint milkshake here yesterday, service was warm and helpful. Line was a bit confusing due to people waiting for their drinks in the same area, but the milkshake and service were more than worth the wait! Will come again if in the area

I have bought the chilli chocolates and really enjoyed them. Today I bought a coconut mylk, hot dark chilli chocolate - yum! I’m so pleased, it’s delicious and surprisingly not sickly. The team were delightful with big smiles. Highly recommend!

So glad to have found this gem, honestly. I’d travelled a few times from Euston before discovering that there was a Hotel Chocolat tucked away on the right side under the stairs. They also have great chocolates and gift boxes, ice cream, coffee, and hot chocolate mixes. I also love that the company is ethical, so they’re my go to.

Today I witnessed some of the best customer service ever! The ladies behind the counter are most kind and considerate people. The lady in the wheelchair who you helped to the platform with her purchases is a lucky lady and your company should be very proud of your employees.

Don't miss this little gem. It's tucked away underneath/behind the escalators that lead up to the virgin 1st class lounge - when facing the departure board, it is to your right. I'd never even noticed it until I looked it up to get my freebie courtesy of Vodafone. When I entered I was greeted with a smile and offered a free chocolate. Then another staff member offered help. I asked if I could use my code and was cheerily pointed in the direction of two whole sections I could pick from. He also followed me over to confirm that it was all of the options on the two sections of shelving. I went to the till and was greeted by another staff member who was also friendly and processed my transaction easily. Then I was offered a VIP card. I was wished a nice day as I left. What more could you want - a clean and smart looking store, happy friendly staff, easy quick transactions and freebies! Great!

Best place to grab hot chocolate, chocolate snack or ice cream on the move!! Especially as I’m quite fussy about hot chocolate, and it’s very convenient being inside the station. Pretty big branch in general; one of the biggest branches in London. They also serve hot chocolate and ice cream, although it’s not a cafe (no seats). Only downside would be that the staff are usually stuck behind the counter and rarely offer a free sample of the taste of the month like most other stores.

It's a chain that does good but expensive chocolate. Giving it 4 stars because the staff were helpful and kind, even if I'm not a fan of chain shops

Extremely tiny shop sometimes they don't have exactly what I am looking for but still a great place to grab some Hotel Chocolat chocolates. It's along one wall of the station and it is really tiny so easy to miss but try not to and grab some yummy chocs!

It's expensive sure, but they do amazing hot chocolates and their chocolate selection is great. Its best to go just after a holiday to get discount leftover chocs!
