We enjoyed our meal at the London's pride a lot. Our waiter Andree is so wonderfully amazing. He gave good introduction for food and drinks. We liked the dishes and beer that he recommended. He is also detail-oriented and brings us hand sanitiser and hot water very quickly. We would like to specially thank Andree for giving us a fabulous ending of our trip to England at Heathrow airport.
One of the ok place to eat before flying....
Staff is really nice and as attentive as she could be (I think the restaurant is a bit under staff, like most others restaurant during summer). She saw me hesitating for which beer so she help recommend and give a small glass to try before order a glass. The food is good.
We were served by Purva. She was really friendly, had a smile throughout, very warm and professional.
Food speed was slow though with quite small portion sizes. However, quality and taste of food was good.
I don’t often enjoy food at airport spots, but I was pleasantly surprised by the polite quick service and rather enjoyable full English breakfast I had + the Easy Livin’ pale ale was great, good to have indie beer at an airport gastro-pub. My server was Chiedozie and he was friendly and a great host.

Superior airport pub in Terminal 2 (past security, upper level). Comfier than most such establishments at the airport (generous layout, comfortable seating), this place is - as the name suggests - a pub run by Fuller's Brewery of London (now, alas, owned by Asahi). Beer range includes typical Fuller's favourites (like ESB), and guest cask and keg ales & lagers, well-kept. Better than average food at elevated prices. Very good and friendly service. Had the All-Day Full English, which was of solid quality but expensive (expect about 100% mark-up from he same high street establishments). Eggs prepared to your liking. Busy but not loud. I'd warmly recommend this place to all Star Alliance customers waiting for their flight.
Dropped in there a second time in August. Nothing new: same friendly and efficient service, very busy this time around, same solid if overpriced food and drinks. Had a sandwich there, plus a mixed salad, and Fuller's lovely Bengal Dancer IPA from the bottle (UKP 6.40).
Very cozy place, super friendly employees. The food was delicious. Priyanka was my waitress, always smiling, excellent service. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!

While the queue sometimes might be long, it’s def‘ worth the wait for a last fish n chips before returning home. Waiters are fast, prices reasonable and ambient is nicer than some other places around
The food is OK, but the prices are quite high. But that's expected for an airport pub. Ensure you order any alcohol from the app as for some reason the prices are cheaper on there. I ended up getting a starter which was the Lamb Kofta and a plate of chips which were quite decent. Special thanks to Lucia who was a great server and really helpful.
Stranded at Heathrow Airport for a grueling 6-hour stretch, our hunger led us to London's Pride where a welcoming presence named Iwona greeted us with genuine warmth. Her hospitality was the shining beacon that prompted my 5-star rating. Amidst fatigue and crankiness, an affable greeting from a stranger can work wonders. The food surprisingly materialized just a minute after our order, and though pre-made, the flavors were undeniably satisfying. However, it's worth noting that our bill tallied up to 30 pounds, making it a relatively pricey option for pre-prepared fare. A special acknowledgment goes to Iwona for significantly brightening the experience for those confined to the airport's confines.
Wonderful experience. Purva was a gem! We were debating on a dish, and her recommendation of the signature dish, the Queen dum chicken biryani, was spot on! Next trip, we will certainly try her other recommendation, the hyderabadi chicken biryani.
Had the best experience here before my flight, with super warming customer service from Kajal. She helped me choose from the menu as I’m super indecisive. Recommend highly! Not left a bean on the plate! Thanks Kajal x
I don’t normally leave reviews, but eating at London’s Pride just made me … happy. We ordered Red Pepper hummus (got it the last time too - recommended!) and the Chicken biryani (Freddie Mercury tribute <3), which felt homemade. When we also had the friedliest waiter, Chiedozie, who made us feel at ease and seen throughout the meal - well - here i am, reviewing.
Good place to eat. Upscale compared to other places. Dishes are quite large, so if not ravenous, you can share. Note the service is not included into the price. Expect around 20 pounds per person.
Thumbs up for the music collection.
